Ross has a nice dressing room in the back with PLENTY of fitting rooms. Instead they are using a flimsy premade fitting room contraption up front with TWO rooms for the whole store. And to top it off the security camera beeps and flashes to remind you they have surveillance. Left my items after waiting 20 min. What a waste of time. I won’t be back.

Store is always a mess and the staff couldn't be less friendly. I must say its some of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Some decent prices but nothing that would make me return to deal with the rude staff.

Store was a mess. Trash, hangers, clothing littering the floor. I know it's the Christmas season, but the store wasn't very busy. Shorthanded possibly. Two cashiers, but only one was ringing up customers. The other was just standing there bagging. She handed me my bag, shoving the receipt inside. I said I needed my receipt so I could put it in my wallet. She just shoved it my direction. I like shopping at Ross. But I won't come back to this location.

I enjoy shopping at Ross. If you see something you want, I suggest you purchase it at that moment because it is not guaranteed that you will see it again. Return policy is real easy as long as you have your receipt

Every time I go it’s understaffed and the line is super long. Plus, they closed the big fitting room and you have to wait forever to try stuff on in those 2 tiny rooms. Who wants to shop like that?
