Visited today with my mom and found some items we liked. Some sections were very unorganized and hard to look through. 0/10 for accessibility We needed to use the restroom and it took 15 minutes at least to find where it was bc it was so poorly marked. When I finally did find it there was just a paper sign on some random door across from the back fitting rooms I guess that said to go all the way up to the front and ask a staff member to unlock the door 🤦‍♀️ For this big of a store I thought this was ridiculous! And I was pushing my mom around in a wheelchair and carrying the items we wanted to buy… you’re saying we made it to the very back of the store now we have to turn around on a wild goose chase to find an employee to unlock the door? Unbelievable

Fitting rooms were a complete mess. For starters, the new fitting room in front barely have space in them to turn around, let alone step back and look in the mirror. There were heaps of clothes inside the fitting rooms already. (I’m talking 30 items, no exaggeration- hanging and in piles on the floor) and some items were wet (which I noticed when clearing items to the outside rack before using the fitting room). Granted, a customer is most likely responsible for this but also- the lack of attention to this area allowed it to get this out of hand. Clothes were on the wrong sized hangers and in the incorrect sections. I’m sure customers are responsible for this too, however it was bad. This didn’t happen an hour before I set foot here, this chaos had to have happened at least weeks before I arrived. Cashiers were nice.

Outstanding customer services. I called and spoke to this pleasant young man. Checking closing time and if you all had any over the door racks. He checked and he was polite and amazing. Thank you dearly. Ms. Rosie Turner 3/15/24

One of the many looks I got for just about $40 total from head to toe!! I cant get enough of the prices and quality of the clothing and other items. I got a case and a picture I would have easily paid double for anywhere else!! Thanks Ross!!

I just left my wallet with WELL over 100.00 in it, as well as EVERY card I have...I was in the drive through at McDonald's when I realized. I called them, and the woman was SO polite. ALL my money was still there. Not to mention, I bought the BEST merchandise I have in a while. I wish I left the woman a tip, but I'll be back there and NEVER forget a face.
