We had an emergency sewer backup and Justin came out quickly. He explained every step of what he was doing, worked with me on price, and was friendly and courteous throughout. He even showed me the camera footage of the pipe so I could see future problems. We will definitely call Justin from now on

Very impressed with Brian, the technician who fixed our drain problem, he was courteous, very knowledgable and went the extra mile to see that we were happy with the service. He is an outstanding representative for Roto Rooter. While I have been reluctant to use Roto Rooter in the past, thinking that the level of expertise of the Technicians was not up to par, Brian was very impressive, and will avail myself of your services in the future.

Zach was excellent! He did a great job explaining in detail and going above and beyond to clean out our sewer, he pulled out so many roots from our trees. Thank you Zach for coming to our house so late at night to fix our backed up pipes. We really do appreciate it! You provided top notch excellent service, thank you Zach!!

I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, December 10th between 2:30p and 4:30p. I come home from work during that timeframe just to be called about 4 o’clock stating, “the day went sideways and the technician will not be able to come out today”. A few days later I rescheduled another appointment for yesterday, December, 17th. Once again, my scheduled timeframe was between 2:30p and 4:30p. I get another call at 3:30p stating, “Well the day is about over so we will need to reschedule. How about tomorrow?” I expressed my frustration, refused to reschedule another appointment and ended their call after asking to speak to a manager. During lunch today, I get a call stating they are 30 minutes out and want to confirm I would be home. I made very clear I did not have an appointment and reminded him what happened with the last two failed appointments. I demanded to talk to a manager yesterday, but never heard from anyone. I then demanded to talk to another manager today and was promised I would hear from someone by the end of the day. It is almost 9 o’clock at night and I have yet to hear from anyone. I’ve always had good luck with Roto-Rooter, but after these last two cancellations and two empty promises of hearing from a management, I will no longer be using their services. There’s plenty of other companies out there I would happy to do business with.

I had a weekend drainage issue in my basement. I thought it would take a long time to get a tech. It didn’t. My tech, Hassen arrived within an hour. He was very professional, polite, thorough and knowledgable. He seemed to really care about my drainage issue. He offered advice and informed me that I contact him if I had any further questions or concerns. I plan to request for him if I have any other drainage problems. Great service!
