We had them come out in July to replace our sump pump during a heavy rain storm. They showed up same day and fixed it quickly. In December we discovered a crack in our flow valve causing the water to spray out. We called again this time Brian came out and took his time to assess the problem. Since he did not have the part on the truck he ran out to pick one up so that he could make the repair in the same day. Best part was everything was covered under warranty. Would definitely recommend to others in a similar situation.

We had a kitchen sink drain clog. Jazz, our technician, was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and walked us through what the fix would be. He was very friendly throughout the process, kept his work space clean and cleaned up after the work was complete. I would highly recommend Jazz as well as the local Roto-Rooter team.

Tre' Harrington was very professional, fast, and friendly. I was surprised at how long it took to dispatch a technician to my house. I called at noon, they scheduled me between 1pm-5pm. However, they we're unable to get anyone out to my house until after 9pm. The service itself was great and I would recommend to others.

The short version: Horrible, unethical and borderline a scam service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business.
The long version: Our kitchen sink came unglued and collapsed. Called our usual plumber but they were booked one week out. I went against my gut feeling and gave roto-rooter a call as in hope that we won't have to go without a kitchen sink for over a week. When I called roto-rooter, I was very specific and descriptive when I explained our problem which was "Our kitchen sink became unglued from the granite countertop and will need to be re-attached" The scheduling person said that they can have someone in our place by EOD which was great news for us. An hour later, a nice gentleman from roto-rooter was in our kitchen. He spent exactly 15 seconds to tell us that "they don't do such repairs and that we will need to contact a countertop company but will still need to charge us $99." Now, don't get me wrong, I understand different companies exist for different reasons but one would expect that the receptionist/scheduling person would KNOW what they CAN and CANNOT do. Or, at the very least, relay the customer information to the technician/plumber before a job is accepted.
If you ever wandered what a blank $99 invoice looks like, please have a look at my attachment
!
Updated: Roto-Rooter contacted me and connected me with the local manager who apologized for the experience and issued me a refund. Planning on giving them another try in the future and will update the review once more when this happens.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The gentleman cleaned up raw sewage in the basement and it smells a lot better in my home. He was professional and knowledgeable about the job he was performing. This means a lot to me.
