The Roto Router on the outside to get my clog straightened out they did great. The Roto-Rooter that I used inside to get rid of all of the walls that was hit with it. By the way, I actually cleaned up all of the crap and everything because they weren’t available. They were not very kind, and I would never use them again. The people they sent out were inexperienced. The manager that was over it was not very nice to me either.

Nick came out on time and told me what was needed to be done, and got it done quick! Previous company lied to me. Nick showed me everything and answered all my questions. Trustworthy and honest man, NEVER going with anyone else. I’m in Fairview Heights

Can’t recommend Nick enough! Extremely professional and talked through every aspect of the process. One of the most personable tradesmen I’ve ever met, and did everything he could to tackle our sewer problem. He gave us multiple solutions and explained each to make sure we were comfortable with next steps! I’ve dealt with plumbing companies before that try to upsell things we don’t need just to get more money out of a situation, but Nick wasn’t like that at all. If I run into another problem, I definitely know who to call! Thanks again, Nick!

My technician Amber was awesome. She came in and got the job done. She explained what the problem was, what needed to be done and got right to it. I will100% recommend this company and Amber too if you can request technicians . I called them and they had someone out here within 30 minutes. All around great customer service!!!
