I took my daughter there to get an outfit for her birthday. It was approximately 625pm. We were never greeted by anyone. There were at least three (3) people working, but only one (1) person was "recovering" (see pictures). The store was in various states of disarray. The floor was dirty & there was a pile of clothes and a few miscellaneous items strewn about. We were never asked if we needed help, but they seemed to be keeping an eye on us. As a matter of fact, the only time we were acknowledged was when I was spotted taking a picture of some of the mess. It was disappointing, to say the least. We love Rue21, but we won't be revisiting the Mid-Rivers Mall location again anytime soon.

We went there when the mall first open. There were piles of sweatshirts not folded everywhere. Nothing was organized. There was dirty cups sitting out on clothing racks. The manager apologize for the mess. And said that she sent her employees home last night before she realized that it needed to be cleaned. There was other employees there when I was there. But they were in the back room doing something. They were not working to organize the store at all. Made it hard to find anything. This is the only location that sells plus sizes, so it was a real bummer.

This particular location Carries plus size clothing! The store isnt cramped either and the worker was very helpful. I found some quality jeans that weren't too pricey and I was over all really happy with my experience!

Raciest Manager.. she was heavy set with tattoos blonde with the girl with brown hair. They accused my friends of stealing ear pieces because they’re black. Very unprofessional. 👍🏼 Good luck going their they’re so rude and disrespectful.
