Manager and employee assumed I stole product and expected a receipt. If there is a “change to policy” they need to inform customers prior to change. Doubtful, since they were watching me as if I was stealing- asking for my number while I’m shopping in the aisle for a return- yelling from the register. Terrible environment the vibes were atrocious. If you want people to make you uncomfortable and feel like a thief when you’re a paying customer, then this is the place for you ♥️
I also just read the back of the receipt (because I was forced to call customer service for my own purchase…. They emailed me my receipt they could have easily found in my account) for the return policy: “For all other items, if you do not have a receipt OR receipt of older….”
If the policy is changed it should not printed incorrectly on the receipt. They need to honor their system, and being a previous employee this experience was abysmal.

All the employees have been very helpful every time I've walked in. They're fun to talk to and put up with my indecisiveness whenever I need to pick out items and they answer my questions to the best of their abilities. Love all of the girls there!!! So sweet and helpful. Highly recommend going there.

The girl who was working Wed. Sept 15 in the am Was very sweet and very helpful. I could tell she knew what she was talking about and probably saved me from making a mistake. Will go to this location going forward

First visiting, the store clerk had just mopped, (snowy day) and audibly sighed and shrugged her shoulders when we proceeded to enter, I apologized, she said to just come on in that she had been mopping all evening. Just didn't feel welcome after that. On the up side she helped us look for an item.
