Great, helpful service. Only issue is that they always seem to be stocking shelves, and I know that has to happen, I just wish it was easier to stay out of their way & still look. I don't mind how they charge $0.15 for a bag. It seems a wonderful way to cut down on plastic waste & made me think about the effects. I only got 2 items, so I just carried them out. I have TONS of plastic bags at home, don't need another, & feel that small decisions like such could impact our environment, if everyone made small attempts like this to reduce their footprint. Thanks for the option, Sally's!
Friendly helpful staff. Probably the busiest (most trafficked) store in our area so they occasionally run out of popular items. The staff is very helpful to find a suitable product replacement.
Rude clerk by the name of Riley and Terrible customer service. I will I never return. Riley asked me at checkout was I ok without a bag, I told her no & that I needed one, I wasn’t about to carry my items out the store in my hand. She said I could buy a paper bag for $.15 , I said “you’re gonna charge me for a bag because you ran out of bags?” She went on to talk about new bags were coming in. Rang up my items and walked away after I paid. I asked about my bag she said “I didn’t think you wanted one”. By this time I’m very irritated and walked out. After I gathered myself I went back inside and told her that was rude for her to walk away along with the way she was responding, knowing I needed a bag and that I needed one. She rang up the bag I let her know i will be calling back up to the store to speak with someone about this, she said “that’s fine” as if she didn’t care and knew nothing would happen and sarcastically told me to “have a nice day” as I walked out. I will never spend my money there again and have to deal with rude people like Riley. It’s not about the $.15 who cares about that small amount of money? However, it’s the principle of her rudeness and explanation. Good customer service would just give their paying customers a bag if they’ve ran out. I had to swipe my credit card a second time for $.15 ... no $.16 she charged taxes as well. Shame on Sally’s. The more I think about it, I’ll be returning my items to another Sally’s tomorrow. Don’t shop here!!!!!
Everytime I come into this store I'm greeted by the manager Amber and another associate named Riley. Both have sincere smiles and are happy to help me with all of my questions about the wild ideas I want to try with my hair. They have even advised me of what wouldn't be a good idea based on me currently having black hair. Since I cant make up my mind half the time I appreciate that they come back to check on me after helping another customer. Both these associates seem like incredibly wonderful people and make me feel welcome everytime I come in
They had all their lights off I had to call and ask if they were even open. When I walked in with my daughter I couldn't find anybody to help us. then all of a sudden four employees come walking out of the back room all laughing with their mouths full of food. Two people walked in behind us and they helped them before they did us. When I finally did get someone to help us the young lady couldn't answer any of my questions. When I asked her if she could help me check online for some answers she said she didn't have time she was busy doing inventory, but yet there was three other employees in the store.... someone could have helped me !! Evidently O'Fallon Sally's doesn't need any business.
