The employee (the manager) told me and my friend that we could color a pair of $130 extensions. We got 2 packs. Only to find out it ruins the extensions. And when we brought it up to them the same manager acted like she "called us back" to then advise us not to color them (which she never called us back) just so she wouldn't get in trouble. Now we are out $260 and all the professionals "just can't help" with anything. At all. I will never spend my money at sallys again (and I spend alot there)

Extremely rude at this location. Definitely drive to Lake St. Louis instead of going here. I tried to return an unopened set of clippers today. The person working there refused to accept them or refund my money. I had my receipt and verified with the associate that the clippers had not been opened. I explained that the policy according to the receipt and website is that any clippers can be returned as long as they have not been opened. The associate stated that they do not care what the policy says. I had to call customer service and get a case number, as well as have the customer service agent on speaker phone while in the store in order to complete the refund. The associate ran to the back of the store, hid, and made their coworker Riley complete the refund.

The store manager and assistant are amazing. My hair has never been a high priority for me or the quality of products I use. But these 2 ladies are literally walking me through my battle with finding what works for my hair. The 2 times I have been in we have worked out a plan to try with the guarantee that if I only use it a couple times and it doesn't work for me I can get my money back. These girls have given me confidence again that I can tackle this battle and not chop off all of my hair in the process.

I always have a very enlightening visit here. The clerks serve dual purposes, they they check customers out, they help customers find the product they're looking for in the store plus they're trained to handle and answer questions about hair, nails, & dry skin. They are Ah Sum! Sally does NOT disappoint.
I went back to Sally's today for some lashes & mascara. The store is still Beautiful and Easy to Maneuver through to find your Items that you choose to purchase. And the Attendances not clerk's, pardon me please, on staff Always Greet You With A Smile. I Will Always Love Sally Beauty Supply.
