There was no one at the register upon me entering the store. There was not one but two cashiers, and I was not greeted coming into the store...I had to speak to them first before they spoke to me...wow... where is the customer service.

I've never been to a Sally's Beauty Supply Store, but I stopped in today because I wanted to give a shot at dying my hair for the first time. I had absolutely no clue what I was doing, and the two gals on staff knew exactly what to do. They were both really patient with me and picked out the highest quality and most affordable products (which were much cheaper than I expected). All of their instructions were super helpful! I'm going into this hair project with way more confidence than I had when I entered the store thanks to them. Absolutely going to go to them again for any future questions!

Kat helped me today and was so helpful and kind! As are all the girls that work there, I’ve never had a bad experience and I spend way too much time in there haha.

I would highly recommend that if you need any beauty supplies that you go to Amazon, Beauty Depot, Walmart which all 3 company's are cheaper and stand behind all their products including their clippers. I bought a Wahl 5 star balding clippers at the st.charles Sally Beauty Supply which were defective as soon as I got them and I called them immediately right after trying to use them and was told that they will not refund the clippers that have been opened. They were opened prior to me even buying them, the empty box was on the shelf and the clippers were in the back room. Who knows, they could have been dropped in the back room causing them to be come defective. The 3 places listed above all sell brand new products and they also stand behind all their products and are much cheaper. Even buying directly from Wahl professional products is cheaper. There are many other places that sell beauty supplies that also stand behind their products and they will be cheaper. I try to support local businesses, but not the ones that won't stand behind their products nor willing to work with their customers.

I love this store! It has every single thing you need to do whatever you'd like with your hair and I've heard that they also have some ladies working up there on certain days that have their cosmetology license's and are great to ask if you have any hair, make up, nail etc. questions. All the employees I've met have been very nice and as helpful as possible. I've been going here for about as long as I can remember lol and since I started doing my own hair dyes and what not I'll never gone back to a drugstore box dye Again!
