Our basement carpet flooded after two days of heavy rain. The Sams technician arrived the same day as the service request! Great service! The tech was very quick and efficient! He got to work quickly and we were satisfied with the results. Would definitely recommend!

By far the worse experience of my life!! called the cops to have workers removed from my property! The workers finished early at another job before my appointment, so they called to pressure me into letting them come clean my carpets early (I'm assuming they wanted to be off work early). I was at work so I was not home nor available until my scheduled appointment time, which led to the workers approaching me hostile and upset when I pulled into my home 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. They then proceeded to say I was "late" to my appointment (because I wasn't home to let them come early) and tried pushing the door to come into my home after I refused services due to the treatment I received. Greg, an employee of Sams Carpet Cleaner began to curse at me, held up middle fingers at me and told me "I'll be back!!" after we exchanged words. I am traumatized! After speaking with Sams Carpet Cleaning after this event, they confirmed my appointment time was at 4:00pm and not 3:30pm like Greg claimed, and even admitted that Greg asked for my appointment to be cancelled after I disclosed that I would not be home for them to come early. 0/10 recommend. Spend your money with a company that cares!

First time customer. Referred there by someone familiar with their service. They have the equipment to properly clean braided rugs. Excellent customer service. The lady in the office was welcoming, polite & pleasant. Pick was easy. A nice young man carried them out for me. This will be my go to rug cleaning company.

The technician did an excellent job cleaning and drying after the garbage disposal flooding. He was very polite and said he would return the next day to retrieve the fans he used to dry and re-tack the carpet. However, he did not show up, and there was no communication to inform me of this change.
When I called to inquire about the technician's arrival, the representative on the phone responded aggressively. She explained that there were higher-priority clients due to the flooding, which I understood. However, I had taken the day off work to wait for the technician and let him inside, as I do not feel comfortable with keeping my dog and cat "put up" for several hours while I'm away at work. A time was never specified when the tech would return.
The representative continued to speak rudely, insisting the technician would come on Friday at an undisclosed time. Again, I'm left with the inconvenience of putting my pets away for the 7 hour work day, or taking time off work without knowing when the technician will arrive or if they will show up at all.
Sam's is a service provided by my apartment complex, but based on this experience, I feel very uncomfortable using their service in the future. While the technician did a great job, the poor communication, lack of coordination, and short-temperment from the representative have left a negative impression.
