Excellent experience from start to finish. Customer service when I called to explain my issue was outstanding, and I was scheduled for the very next day! My technician, Kent, was terrific as well. Competent, knowledgeable, and very personable. I enjoyed learning a few things about my plumbing system along with having an engaging conversation while he worked. Customer service and work quality from Hosack is off-the-charts great. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Hosack Plumbing was exceptional. They were very responsive and professional and came out the next day to work on our clogged garbage disposal and sink. They kept us updated and let us know when they were on their way. Allen and Andrew did an excellent job and explained everything and the reasons they were taking those steps. We have the use of our sink again right before the Thanksgiving holiday. We highly recommend them. Thank you!!

We had been having trouble with a toilet that wouldn't stop running, along with other issues with the chain and seal. I called Hosack and was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were very timely and professional. Jason was able to evaluate the situation quickly and after a transparent review of our options, we decided to get a new toilet installed. Jason was able to go pick up the new toilet, install it, and dispose of our old one within two hours of his arrival. He was very courteous and efficient, and we are very happy with the final result. I would recommend/use Hosack plumbing again in the future! Thank you Jason!

Allen and Kent came to fix a sewer gas issue this morning and not only diagnosed the problem immediately but handled the replacement of the wax ring on the toilet professionally while educating me along the way. Being a new homeowner it’s nice to have a team helping that is patient and clear on the service they are providing. Honest business means recurring businesses, thanks guys!

Can Say enough good things about Hosack Plumbing! Kent was our service plumber today. Professional, respectful and friendly. Clear information and explanations for my questions. Was able to replace our water heater same day he came out. Cleaned up the space and didn’t rush me at the end. Made sure I was happy with the work too. And he was nice to my dog too! Third time I’ve used Hosack in our house and always very satisfied.
