My car ended up being totaled, so I can't comment on repairs. However, the customer service was excellent. I can't remember the name of my "general contractor", but he was extremely helpful. He would call with updates and answer all of my questions in detail. Everyone I interacted with at Schaefer was friendly and helpful. Hopefully, I won't need any repairs in the future, but I would come back if I did.

They did an absolutely phenomenal job. Whenever I had a question Ryan was more then happy to answer any and all that I had. When there was a delay due to parts Ryan and the general manager both called to keep me informed WITHOUT ME ASKING. I HIGHLY recommend them over ANY OTHER SHOP AND THE PAINT WAS SPOT ON FLAWLESS…..2022 R/T

My vehicle ended up being totaled, but I really loved working with Schaefer. 10/10 will come back for all my future needs especially due to the great customer service. They helped me with the process, and let me know what to expect from the insurance companies beforehand and were very detailed. The customer service in both departments was truly excellent. Nice, patient, and very knowledgeable employees.

Jim the service manger made my visit so much easier. He explain what he would do, grave me updates of progress and went over every detail. I so appreciate Schaefer’s good work on my 2016 Toyota Tacoma truck. I would recommend your company and also your service writer Jim thank you.

Hunter Holloway was my estimator. He did a great job. He got me the best appraisal from any bodyshop I have gone to. I highly recommend talking to Hunter Holloway from Schaefer auto body in St. Peter’s.
