This team goes above and beyond for their clientele! Everyone is super nice and respectful. I walked out in the best mood because of it. My car looked absolutely flawless and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my car to get it repaired after someone hit my car. Bill White went above way more than expected on his job and made sure my car was in TIP TOP shape. Elliott really helped me out and was the best communicator anyone could ask for was very in detail on his part. Clint went over everything with me into great detail about my repairs when I picked it up and they did WAY more than expected to my car in the best way possible. The front desk girls are extremely sweet and nice! I felt like I drove a brand new car off the lot! They detailed inside and out of my car to put the cherry on top! GREAT TEAM, GREST ATMOSPHERE, GREAT WORKERS and best experience I could have asked for they made it extremely HASSLE FREE!!! Thank you so much guys!

They were efficient and the company works well with GEICO to make the claims process streamline and simple! It was nice to receive updates and information via text regarding my car and it’s repairs. I highly recommend their services.

So professional and very friendly staff. My car looks brand new! The paint matches perfectly! I was informed of every process along the way, even made it convenient by emailing and texting vs playing phone tag.. They went over every detail with me after work was complete.. perfection and in a timely manner! Thank you Schaefer's and staff!! 10/10 would recommend

Car looked great. But, when they had to go in my trunk to retrieve my spare tire, they threw all my items in the backseat and on the floor, they didn’t bother to put them back once they returned my tire. Also, they threw my items all over my passenger seat. Need better training in how to treat peoples property. They also need to communicate with customers, there’s no way I should've had to call and check the status of my vehicle.
