They did an absolutely phenomenal job. Whenever I had a question Ryan was more then happy to answer any and all that I had. When there was a delay due to parts Ryan and the general manager both called to keep me informed WITHOUT ME ASKING. I HIGHLY recommend them over ANY OTHER SHOP AND THE PAIT WAS SPOT ON FLAWLESS…..2022 R/T

Very satisfied! Hunter was so great with updates throughout the process. He is knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the nearly 2-month long process! He made a difficult time more bearable knowing I had an employee I could trust who provided regular updates as needed. When I picked up my car, he was very thorough and made sure that I was pleased with the end product. Hunter is awesome!

Very impressed with this shop!! Our mini van was hit by someone on the front driver side and after getting it back from this location, its possible it looks even better than it did before! You can't even tell anything happened, it really looks great! We worked with Tony and he was so helpful and truly did such a phenomenal job keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle throughout the entire repair process. And the people at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly too! Highly recommend this Schaefer location!!

My grandson's car was dropped off at Schaefer, St. Peters, on January 5. We were told that it would take up to 2 weeks before they'd be able to work on it. My grandson was without a car so we waited a week before he got a rental car. Insurance would pay for the rental for only 30 days. There was very little communication with us to keep us informed. I tried calling a few times and did not receive call backs. Eventually the 30 day car rental expired and we had to return it, leaving my grandson without a car again. We finally picked up the car on March 15, almost two and a half months after dropping it off.

It has been over a month from when I brought my car in for an estimate assessment and I still have not received the estimate. After weeks of avoiding phone calls from my insurance company to send the estimate, I contacted the estimator. He lied and said they were waiting for the assignment from my insurance company (the receptionist had my assignment on her computer when I checked in for the estimate appt). And then he used the excuse for the delay was that dog passed away. He said he would send the estimate by the end of the day. That was over 2 weeks. I had to reschedule my first repair appointment because of this and now my second appointment has passed and still no estimate.
