I’m not saying it’s magic, but it’s pretty dang close. We smoked a deer on I-70. Tow guy said it was totaled, we thought it was totaled, car wouldn’t drive; panic sets in.
Had it towed to these guys and 3 weeks later the car is magically fixed.
Not like duct tape and zip tie fixed. We’re talking full on, factory fresh new. Paint as smooth as a babies butt. Engine as crisp as a cool fall morning. Lights as bright as a new moon.
So yeah, we recommend them.

Worst body work I’ve had done. Took 2 months to get my vehicle back. Billed my insurance for work not completed. Over spray on parts that aren’t supposed to have paint on them. Windshield was cracked when I first went to pick it up for repair. Then when I picked truck up all four new tires were low pressure under 30 pounds.. door was replaced and new door had a fat dent in it. I won’t use this company ever again. I miss Maze Auto they were so much better… I was forced to sell the truck for less than value with damages still on the paint and front bumper wasn’t fixed. They used sticky tap to fix my headlight. Still can’t believe the quality of work is terrible

I was contacted by Schafer before I could even call them, and they repaired their mistake, and even some additional damage that had occurred prior to the repair at no charge. Additionally, they provided me with a rental car during the repair process, again at no charge. I learned that they have excellent customer service and they stand behind their product.
I was without my vehicle for 2 weeks to get the bumper cover replaced. I was told I should receive my vehicle back Friday, July 5th, but the service advisor was out that day, so I did not receive it back until July 8th. Once returned, they mounted my license plate to the Impact portion of my bumper instead of the space for the license plate. They did offer to repair the bumper, but I will be without my vehicle several days again.
