Schaefer Autobody Center provided great service in Repairing our Grand Cherokee. They provided great communication with progress of repairs from start to finish. Their online update was great in showing the progress of the job. They arranged a rental car pickup for me with Enterprise Rental and completed the job on time. The best part was getting back a repaired car that looked like it just came off the production line!

UPDATE: I changed from a 1 star to a 4 star. I finally got my vehicle back and they did do excellent work, can not even tell my truck was hit by a semi. Jory is great to work with. I am only going 4 star because of the lack of communication.
I selected Schafer Autobody because of the high reviews. I dropped my 2017 Ford F150 on October 27th it is now December 7th and my vehicle is still not done. No calls, no text updates. I have to chase them down and leave multiple messages before I am called back. I was assured my vehicle would be ready December 3rd. By 2:30pm no one had called. I had to call only to find out that a door handle was broken and a new one had to be ordered. I was told it would be ready Monday December 6th. As usual no call and my call was not returned. The claims department for the other company is fed up as well because their calls are also ignored.

Very professional & pleasant organization. They are in demand and have a full, crowded (organized) lot, so it took some time to get the work scheduled & performed, but the professionalism and quality of work was worth the wait. My car looked as good as new, not just on the outside in area of concern, but also on the INSIDE because they delighted me by vacuuming my vehicle! Highly recommend. Will return if ever needed.

Took my Tahoe in because I was rear ended-
Lady at the front desk was great, super personable, helped me when the insurance company told me the wrong information (she knew exactly what to do and made the transition of leaving the tuck and picking up the rental car easy) and then at the end did the same with pick up, super quick while still giving me all the information I needed.

Josh was great on updates and keeping me in the loop.He was also quick to return my call even though I called right before closing never making me feel like I was a burden or inconvenience

Inspection was thorough, repairs were done timely and my Tahoe was back to tip top condition when I picked it up.
