We recently contracted Shamrock Concrete to tear-out and replace a patio underneath our deck. Keith and his crew arrived promptly at 7:30 and were able to complete the tear-out and new pour in one day. Keith was professional and made sure we were well informed throughout the process. The new patio looks great, we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! I would definitely work with Shamrock Concrete again, and recommend them for your next project.

My driveway took longer than expected to compete due to weather and lack of people on site for 2 of the days, several guys just didn't show up. Since it took them longer than expected to do the job my driveway needed to be poured in 3 separate days, instead of 1 which I was told. As a result my driveway is now 3 different colors. Also, they lowered the driveway next to the house which exposed some rough foundation, which they didn't cover up, when asked what they planned to do about it, I was told they don't fix that sort of thing. I paid roughly $25,000 for this and now I have to find someone else to come cover the exposed foundation.

Shamrock was my 3nd bid and Aaron worked hard to match the price of my 2st bid. They said it would be 4-5 weeks out but were able to do the job about 2 weeks out. Aaron was very pleasant to work with and readily available for communication which I appreciated. Rob tore out my old porch that was sinking in the middle and the sidewalk leading up to the porch. He did a great job and was very professional/cordial. The very next day, Mike and his crew came out. I was thankful they didn't start super early because we are not morning people. They prepped the porch and sidewalk and it looks great! My favorite is the border that they suggested on my sidewalk. To be honest I wasn't sure what I was getting but I love it! One of Mike's crew members (Ryan?) also recommended that the step down from my porch be as wide as the front door - this was a perfect suggestion! I love it! After the crew left, everything looked great. But as I walked around the area I noticed several nails that were left behind and because I have a son with autism and a dog, I was concerned. So I walked around and picked up as many as I could (approximately 36) and noticed that a lot of concrete debris was also left. I contacted Aaron, and long story short, everything that I had concern about was fixed personally by Mike (who also apologized on behalf of him and his crew). One thing I wanted to mention...I spent a lot of time observing the whole process because I wanted to understand how everything was being done. I was most impressed with how well the crew got along, and how hard each of them worked. No one stopped for lunch, so I went and got pizzas for them and they were all very appreciative. Still, they grabbed a piece and went right back to work. Thankfully it was a beautiful day and wasn't too hot. Praying that nothing cracks any time soon because that would be a big bummer. I think it speaks volumes when I can at least communicate with all those involved even when things don't go perfectly. I have received several compliments from neighbors. Thanks Shamrock Concrete!

Replaced back original patio (10x10) with something much bigger. Fighting spring rains was stressful with 4 reschedules in 3 weeks between breakup and new pour. End result however is beautiful and worth the wait. Writing this from a bonfire on the new patio. I do agree with other reviews regarding delayed responses from them, but never felt it was egregious.

Shamrock Concrete tore out our old asphalt driveway and poured a new concrete driveway for us. Both the tear-out and the pouring crew were very professional, very effective and performed excellent quality work. They paid attention to details, were excellent communicators, and finished the 4-day job in just 2 full days. Many years of professional experience and excellent work ethic yielded results beyond our expectation. - Leveling our new concrete driveway was a difficult art work. Today, 3 days after they finished the job, it is raining and the water flows away from our garage door and our house down to the street. I highly recommend Shamrock Concrete!
