I have been to this store twice in the last two weeks. Both times Amanda has assisted me and she is great. The prices are a little more than the big box stores but the paint and service quality are well worth it. I brought a sample from some old painted drywall and they matched it exactly. I highly recommend THIS store. I did not quite have the same experience at another Sherwin-Williams in the St. Peters area.

Superb service! The store clerk John was knowledgeable, courteous, excellent at multitasking, and making the experience enjoyable. I hope he’s the one working when I return for another gallon, but I have never had a bad experience at this store. I was just truly impressed by him.

Jordan is there every time we go. He is always really helpful. Their paint is not bad, but not worth retail price. Prices are only reasonable if you have a contractor discount. I do like their system though, they store past purchases, which can be helpful to make sure you are buying the same paint or color. It's a nicer experience than shopping at a big box store. Less decision fatigue. There is usually only one or two employees, so if they are busy you will have to wait.

It was easy to order online to pick up at the store. I visited the store twice prior to select type of paint and get some color samples. Staff was knowledgeable and always friendly and eager to help.
