The service here is refreshing! In a time when great customer service can no longer be expected, it's nice to see some companies still care about helping customers with their needs. Every time I pop into the store, William is there with a smile on his face, immediately greeting me and asking how he can help. He's so knowledgeable that I'm always able to find what I need, and he gets me in and out without ever making me feel rushed. That kind of service keeps me coming back. I'm done with home improvement stores. This is the experience I want every time.

Blown Away!! My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Joe and his team at the St. Peters location!! From answering our questions, to guiding us in the right direction for our deck staining project, we are thankful that Joe took the time and went above and beyond with his customer service skills and making sure we have everything we need. We will absolutely be back for our next home improvement adventure!! Thank you again for all of your help!

First time painting a room in the house. I really wasn't sure where to start. The room we were trying to cover up was a very bold and outdated color. I received a great education, and great customer service. We couldn't be more pleased with how the room turned out. Thank you for all the help.

The first day I came in there was no designer on site but the man working there was helpful enough to get me what I needed. He helped me decide on a color that I really liked. The upgraded paint he recommended went on really nice and I had the exact amount of paint needed to get the room done. I came back the next day because I wanted to stencil an southwest effect in the room. I made the stencil myself but I needed additional paint and a good sea sponge to create the rustic effect I desired. No solutions this day. A different man was on site. He tried to find me what I needed but was juggling two other customers at the same time. He even went into the back room but couldn't find the supplies I needed. No big deal... I just went over to menards and was able to get the sponge and paint I needed for the stenciling. Overall I was happy and will return. My studio turned out awesome looking! I came in to the store on days of inclement weather so I imagine that is why they were short staffed. I was surprised they didn't have the Purdy sea sponge... ultimately that's why I ended up at menards. Menards had a very competent paint department also.
