The staff is always so pleasant and helpful at all of the locations I've been to. And I don't feel like the price is more than the big home improvement stores and at Sherwin Williams it's so much easier and faster to get in and out. I also really like that they keep your purchases on file so when you need to go back for more to finish the project or for touch-up paint a long time later it's so easy to make sure you get the exact color you need.
Sherwin-Williams needs better prices. I understand paint can be expensive, but $62 a gallon before sales is a little ridiculous. I would rather you have a much better every day price and cut down on the almost constant sales you have to have. I would never consider Sherwin-Williams without a sale. It feels like the stupid jewelry stores where they always have 60% off. It makes me not want to go there. I love your paint, but refuse to even step foot in the store without a minimum of 30% off due to your pricing. Part of my review was originally cut off, hence the edit: I do believe the customer service and paint quality is top notch, hence the 4 star rating. If the prices were slightly better on an everyday basis, they would receive 5 stars hands down.
Teresa was Wonderful to work with for our cabinet painting project. She helped to fix some of the miscommunication that had happened with another employee. And went above and beyond to make sure that the final project, including the wall color was what we asked for. I would give her 5 stars - the other 2 employees that we started with are what cause the average to be a 4 star.
