Judging from the other reviews, it seems like whoever works here just comes out whenever they feel like it. We were at the mall for over an hour on a Friday night and didn't see anyone the whole time.

Amazing experience! Stuff I've never had before! If you like trying new things this the place for you. It's a little pricey but well worth it 👍🏼

It's okay. I love rolled ice cream but they wont let you customize anything aside from the toppings that go ON it, not IN it.
