I will say the people here are very responsive and courteous. Maybe I'm just unlucky? 2 stars: +1 for kindness, + 1 for responsiveness At almost $870 for a OEM Jeep Gladiator windshield they weren't the lowest bid I got, but who wants to use Safelite? The issues I had were with wind noise and proper fitment. They came out to my office and the installer was friendly and fast; only 30 minutes or so to install it. When driving shortly after the install I noticed a whistling sound starting around 25-30 mph and a lot of wind noise. I immediately called their main office and mentioned my issues. They said it would be warranty work to fix it and all warranty work has to be done at their shop in O'Fallon; so I would need to bring it to them to fix. They are only open Mon-Fri, 7:30-5, So I scheduled an appointment for the following week at a time I could break away from work. Drove to their shop to get the noisy windshield they installed fixed. Waited about an hour and a half while they removed and reinstalled the windshield. The installer again was very kind. He had installed painters tape in the corners and said they'd make noise, but to keep them on for 24 hours. Took the tape off the following day and the whistling was gone, but the window still had a lot of wind noise. Tried to just deal with it, but for $870 I figured I wanted it right. Contacted them via email and said it was still noisy. Was told I needed to bring it to their shop again and they'd needed at least 2 hours to try and fix it. Started maybe thinking it was the wrong glass. While being Mopar glass, it had a weird "bung" sticking out of the passenger side near the top. It looked like something hooked to it. My factory gladiator glass didn't have that. They assured me it was the right one though. Being that they are only open Mon - Fri until 5PM, I struggled to find a time to break away from work for yet another visit, 2 hours at least this time, to their shop to fix the windshield that they didn't install correctly and still wasn't right. Before I could pin down a time to duck out of work for several hours and go to their shop again in O'Fallon, a rock hit the windshield at the top and caused a long crack. No point in having them try and refit the windshield now. Informed them the window cracked and that they were off the hook for more rework on a window they incorrectly installed. They told me best of luck and to let them know if I wanted to schedule an appointment to get that windshield replaced. No warranty on cracked windows. Before all of this, I had a cracked window that didn't make noise. Now I have $870 less and a cracked window that makes a lot of noise. Like I said, maybe I'm just unlucky.
We just got our glass installed in our shower a week ago. We couldn't be happier! They were by far the best price out of the other bids that we got. They were also very professional and very responsive. There was a slight delay with getting our install due to Covid, but it was certainly understandable and manageable. We only did the one side of our shower to keep kind of an open concept, but now we are going to get the other side "glassed in" because we think it will just look more aesthetically pleasing. We highly recommend Spectrum Glass! Tiffany was awesome, and so were our installers!
Impeccable service, turn around time to fix, and hospitality! (It was the most reasonable bid of 3 I received for my particular vehicle's rear window.) Kudos Spectrum Glass!

I had a great experience at Spectrum with a windshield replacement. The quote came in at half of a local competitor, I was able to get in within a week, and the job was complete in under 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional and fast! I hope that I don't need another windshield, but if I do, I will definitely be back!
