Tony is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns and takes his time to evaluate your condition to personalize your treatment plan. Tony has many different techniques and exercises to help you heal faster and make you stronger ( heat and ice, tens therapy, needling , stretching, strength training, and chiropractic knowledge, to name a few). He also gives you exercises to do at home to keep your progress going. Tony gave me a list of exercises with pictures ( which is great for me, I am a visual person ) to continue my strength after he released me from therapy as well . He is very personable and easy to get along with. His team is awesome helping with scheduling and the website is easily navigated. All aspects of his practice are admirable. I will certainly go back for any other physical therapy needs and will ALWAYS recommend his services to anyone I know!

If Tony is not the best physical therapist he is at least in the top two. No. He's the best. Tony has literally saved me two major joint replacements. Both of my knees, my shoulders and my neck are functional because of Tony's great work. I recommend him to everyone I know. Not only has Tony helped me multiple times, he has helped my wife, my son and my daughter. Tony is just simple great!

Can't say enough good things about Tony and Spirit Physical Therapy. The whole experience was great! Tony Friedrichs is the best! He taught me the proper exercises for my neck and shoulder pain and gave the best massage for the knots in my shoulders. Highly recommend him for any physical therapy you need.

Spirit Physical Therapy is the Best!! I was receiving physical therapy for my feet . I went for 3 weeks and am now feeling so much better!! Thank you Tony!! I really love that Tony works with one patient at a time. I feel that he genuinely cares for his patients . He's patient, friendly and very knowledgeable!!

Dr. Tony Friedrichs is an EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, sincere, holistic and positive person, and physical therapist, who consistently provides 1:1 individualized care to his patients. Tony assesses, listens, discusses and then formulates and modifies treatment and rehab plans accordingly. His thoughtful and skillful integration of a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, heat, dry needling, electric stimulation and home exercise programs were EXTREMELY successful in treating both my frozen shoulder and low back pain.
