Kate has been so great with my son! The sessions in the office are productive, and the exercises for him to do at home are helpful and attainable for him. I really appreciate how she takes his pre-teen antics in stride and meets him at his level. Highly recommend!

Kate is incredible!! She showed me some muscle areas to work on for my lower back, leg & feet pain that I did not realize were connected and in pain!! I was very impressed by her knowledge and experience!! She also does dry needling, which has also helped my muscles relax! She gave me great info and stretching exercises to help with my constant pain! Definitely recommend her!!

Kate is wonderful. She listens and is understanding of your condition and works hard to alleviate the problem. I have gone to her now for several years for various issues including a hamstring tear and degenerative arthritis in my neck and she has helped me overcome these and other minor issues. Thanks Kate!

Kate is great! I went to her for PT after SLAP surgery. She really helped me get full motion back in my shoulder. I really like how she sees you as a person and not as just another patient. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
