I come here frequently. It’s been great up until a couple of months ago. There’s something up with their scheduling program. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve been bumped from my wait position and this time it pushed me over 1 more hour than I originally planned for to get a simple cut. A 20 minute wait turned into an hour and 45 minutes. I’m going to go somewhere else until they get this fixed.

Came in for a cut. They weren't very busy. Asked for a fade and the top trimmed. Brought the fade way to high and didn't cut anything off the top. Didn't show me the cut when she finished to ask if I liked it. Have gotten exact cut there before and it's been fine. Pretty butchered this time

Wife went into the location with our two young boys. She had checked in and waited while no one else was in line. Three employees stood in the back while my wife and two boys waited to be seen. She waited for ten minutes and left. No one seemed eager or interested to assist. We will not be back.

How this location has 4+ stars blows my mind. I always go to the O’Fallon location at 2115 State Hwy K off of Feise Rd. However, I didn’t today because they were having issues with their card reader so I went to Dardenne. For any of the male clients out there and stylists out there, I want to ask you if you think this looks like a skin fade?.... Nope. It sure does not and is not. I knew it was bad when Summer didn’t show me the back of my haircut but I didn’t know it was that bad until I went to my original Sport Clips and they noticed the issue right away and thankfully they were able to fix it and Free of charge! Do not let Summer cut your hair at Dardenne and do not go if KT is there as well because their ability to care about their clients is lacking. Went to get a haircut at this location. I had Cassi who is the manager of the store. Cassi was unprofessional, no greetings or even hello ! nothing. After she was done with my hair I asked her if she could trim the side to break the line between the faded area and the top part, she didn’t seem happy about it and started doing the work in rush. Not just that, Cassi asked me if we are doing shampoo after the hair cut, I said yes why not. When she was done cutting my hair she said “let me check you out” . Nothing about shampoo or even a nice word for coming to get a hair cut. Very unpleasant experience.
