The staff is courteous and efficient. I like the online appointment scheduling. It allows me to get in and out with a reasonable wait.

I give it a 5 based on last time there and first since pandemic started. Obviously they are all masked up. Separate seating and they spray and clean after each customer. That matters to me. Plus, you get a good haircut too.

Easily the worst sports clip around. Terrible service, constantly turning customers away. 90% of the staff can not give a basic fade.

I have been coming to Sports Clips in Wentzville ever since they opened. My son Jack has only been coming for a couple of years. My son Jack has autism which when getting his haircut can make things difficult. The staff at sports clips has always gone above and beyond to make Jack feel comfortable even though sometimes his behavior can become erratic. The first time we brought Jack to get his haircut at Sports Clips he jumped out of the chair and hid under one of the tables. Even after that somehow they managed to cut his hair. We're here today getting his haircut again and he is moving around and everything else but they still managed to get his haircut even washing his hair and putting up with his silly jokes. this is only one of the reasons why I will always be a Sports Clips customer.
