I just moved to the area and was contemplating whether to change from my existing stylist in Creve Coeur, whom I had used for the past 10 years, to a new stylist closer to home. I decided to try Sport Clips of Wentzville and had an amazing experience with Tiffany. Tiffany quickly picked up what was done at my last cut and left me happy with no fears of returning to her again. Looking forward to my next cut with Tiffany!

Normally my husband loves going to Sports Clips to get his hair cut. However, they don't tell you at any of the sports clips that you have to use the gift certificate at the sports clips it was purchased at. Well whenever you get it as a gift how is the recipient supposed to know that and the purchase location. This is absolutely ridiculous that my husband had to pay in full and NOT use his gift certificate. Just know we will not be returning which is a shame because he loves this salon. Maybe you should put that on all of the gift certificates and put the location it was purchased at. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!

They do ok with the haircut itself but the wait is horrible. You'll be next in line according to their board. Then they will take someone else and you'll end up waiting forever, as in several hours.

I give it a 5 based on last time there and first since pandemic started. Obviously they are all masked up. Separate seating and they spray and clean after each customer. That matters to me. Plus, you get a good haircut too.
