The staff here was awesome, very kind and organized. They made it very pleasant to come in and do the physical therapy. Medical offices of any kind, in my experience lack in customer service but not here. Claire Paul my PT was very personable and really took care of me. Would recommend to anyone.

If you suffer from chronic illnesses that sometimes leave you debilitated and needing to reschedule your appointments, do not expect accommodation here. They will just discharge you when you reschedule too many times, regardless of whether or not you NEED the therapy. (For context, I rescheduled my appointment this week due to having COVID and Laurie just emailed me saying she's discharging me from care without so much as even asking me). They charged me over $500 per visit before insurance and had me watch YouTube videos during the appointment... I do not recommend this facility. (@SSM Physical Therapy: you replied to my review but left no way for me to contact you. I'd like to speak to a supervisor regarding this issue. I've asked Laurie to get me the supervisor's information so she should be able to assist you with contacting me.)

I'm just starting my PT. Everything at the office is cleaned between patients, and althea staff are nice and knowledgeable. Sara has helped me already and I'm looking forward to my next sessions.

Claire Paul Is doing an excellent job working with me as a physical therapist, Kim at the front desk and all the staff do a wonderful job!

The soft tissue I think is what’s causing me pain. I feel the break is doing fine. Getting stronger everyday. I massage my foot, leg and calf with a roller, Sara told me about. It gets sore but it helps so much! Thank You Sara for your help!
