Went in for a cough and it ended up being sinus or sinusitis. Had no tests run not even a covid test, no x-rays, no blood drawn just listened to my chest, checked my ears. I paid my copay in the office and then my bill turned up as an ER visit. Have heard this complaint many times on reviews. I simply will not be paying this apparently when they say it's an ER billing they will not change it and I will not pay it. So bite me. I have good insurance with Aetna and have never paid an ER bill unless I was at an ER. This was a doctor's building not a hospital. I think they believe that if they talk to you and take your temperature and use their little stethoscope to listen to your chest, they can play like they are ER doctors. I am 83 but I am not stupid. They are pulling this on a lot of people apparently and that just ain't right. We need to fight this deceptive practice!

Had been feeling awful. Made an appointment at 11am. Wasn’t seen till 11:30am. Put the reasons for my visit for Covid or flu. Nurse tested me for strep and Covid, but not flu. Same day family members tested positive for flu at another doctor. Now I have to make another appointment to get tested for the flu in order for them to do anything. Call center said they dropped the ball and there’s nothing they can do. Glad to hear they take peoples health so seriously. What an absolute joke

Edit, and update: So, what was bronchitis had turned into pneumonia. I went back to the hospital as stated below, and was hospitalized for 8 days. Because of the steroids I was on before, and during hospitalization, I also now have a steriod induced type 2 diabetes. Don't go here. *The lady at the front desk was very very sweet, and I give her 5 stars. Very professional and very nice. I went in for trouble breathing, intermitten fevers, fatigue. I told them I did an at home Covid test, and what medications I was taking. Did they do their own Covid test? They didn't. They didn't do xrays of my chest. Listened to my lungs, and said they sounded fine. They did a strep test. That's it. I ended up in the hospital Friday with an oxygen reading of 86, and a heart rate of 120. I have bronchitis. The hospital was very confused and said if you all had done an xray, like you're supposed to, it would have been seen. As a self pay patient, I feel like the literal bare minimum was done just to get me out the door. The one good thing they did was prescribed an inhaler, and a steroid pack... I won't be returning to this urgent care as I may be returning to the hospital today, almost a week later for something they could have caught, and treated sooner.

Do I have to give this establishment a star at all? They are the rudest and most inconsiderate place. My daughter is sick and I made an appointment as needed. The minute we walked in the nurse was rude and dismissed what was said. They then asked for her weight after checking her weight because they forgot what it was. Then she needed a strep test and they were very horrible with it. The nurses and staff here need to reconsider their profession because care and compassion is not in their forte. Dont go here! Dont waste your time!

Not sure if the same NP is there but this place is notorious for bad reviews. My review is very poor as I had seen another urgent care that had treated me for pneumonia and ran through the antibiotics but started feeling bad like the pneumonia came back. I went here because it was closer; but that wasn’t worth it as they refused to do a chest X-ray and kid you not was dismissed with a new strain of the cold even though I wasn’t having a runny nose! It was confirmed at the other urgent care center when given a chest x ray the old pneumonia was still there and grown some new pneumonia and was treated. I told my Doctor who’s in the same building about this and they weren’t shocked. They hear complaints all the time. If it’s life or death or truly urgent go to a total access urgent care avoid this one at all costs.
