Don't recommend at ALL. The people were nice and fine but completely incompetent. I went in for a simple thing - Is there a contact lens in my eye? The doctor there assured me there was not and said that my pain was likely because I scratched my eye a little trying to find one in there. SIX DAYS later -- after much pain and believing it was just taking a while to heal because it was scratched -- I went to my eye doctor at home who said, "Oh, there's a contact in your eye," pulled it out, and now my eye is back to feeling great. Would hate to actually have a serious heart or health problem at SSM Urgent Care if they can't even find a contact lens in an eye properly! Only go here if you are looking for incompetent care.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this urgent care! It was my first time here, and honestly went because TAUC was booked up. They got me right in, the entire staff was friendly and personable, and I was out the door in less than an hour. I feel bad that other reviewers did not have this same experience, but I would absolutely recommend this SSM urgent care!!

I just tried to schedule an urgent appointment to get my finger x-rayed. It was injured yesterday and has been progressively swelling and bruising. I was offered 2 appointments, and while she was scheduling the appointment it disappeared and supposedly the other one did too. She refused to double book or allow me to come in as a walk in. Apparently NONE of the SSM Urgent cares allow walk ins "anymore". The purpose of an Urgent care is to treat patients URGENTLY!!! Disallowing walk ins defeats that purpose. Don't bother responding that you're sorry, because you're "sorry" is effectively "sorry, not sorry".

NEVER and I mean NEVER go to this urgent care. I scheduled an appointment to be seen at 415. They were pretty quick to get me registered and the staff was friendly. However, that was the only part of the process that was timely. I went in for respiratory symptoms, cough/chest congestion/fever/sore throat/headache/body aches that had began 3 days prior. The med tech swabbed me for strep as I had 2 negative Covid tests at home already. I was told the test would take 10 minutes. 30 plus minutes later the NP came in and told me the test was negative and asked what I had been treating my symptoms with and I listed everything for her. She asked if they were helping and I advised they weren’t. She listened to my lungs. Check my ears and looked at my throat and said “I know you don’t feel good but you look good.” I wasn’t exactly sure what looked good bc at the very least my tonsils were swollen. She then advised to continue the meds I was taking at home and come back in 7-10 days if my symptoms hadn’t improved. So this morning I followed up with my primary care and it turns out that I don’t “look good”. I have an ear infection and pneumonia. Not sure how my condition changed in less than 12 hours. 🙄🙄

Nurse practitioner called in a medication for my son that I specially asked her not to. It has now lead to a big mess with his PCP and ENT.
