I just tried to schedule an urgent appointment to get my finger x-rayed. It was injured yesterday and has been progressively swelling and bruising. I was offered 2 appointments, and while she was scheduling the appointment it disappeared and supposedly the other one did too. She refused to double book or allow me to come in as a walk in. Apparently NONE of the SSM Urgent cares allow walk ins "anymore". The purpose of an Urgent care is to treat patients URGENTLY!!! Disallowing walk ins defeats that purpose. Don't bother responding that you're sorry, because you're "sorry" is effectively "sorry, not sorry".

Absolutely hands down the worst experience with any urgent care I've ever been to. Immediately upon arrival I felt dismissed by the nurse and the doctor. The doctor never removed her hands from her pocket or did any exam. I left in tears from how badly I felt. When brought discharge papers after 10 minutes of her standing there giving generic advice I said I don't even know why I wasted my time. I had told them I had a primary appointment set up but couldn't wait the 2 weeks until I got in there. I was complaining of nosebleeds and headaches and said I just really did not feel right or well. This was November 19th. I finally saw my primary yesterday and not only have I had a severe sinus infection but have also developed bronchitis. My pain had only increased while waiting for my doctor appointment and I have since had to miss a lot of work. I am finally being treated and already having relief. You are a disgrace to call yourself a medical facility. A message was left that night with the office about how awful the staff made me feel for even being there. No return call. I left a horrible but truthful review when prompted by ssm via email. No one ever followed up. I messaged ssm on mychart on Dec 3rd about why I'm being billed for no real services rendered and still no response. I am so upset at this point knowing that if I could have been taken seriously and given the antibiotics I now have from an actual doctor that the past few weeks of increasing pain and work missed could have been avoid. If they had simply done anything. Please please do not waste your time taking any type of medical issue to this office. Spare yourself. After trying to reach out to someone 3 times about how awful this has been it will truly be comical if the first reply I get is only on a public forum

Made an appointment last night and listed the issue I was having. Got there early and checked in, listing the issue I was having. Got back to sign the paperwork and a medical person said they don’t diagnose my issue. I had to go to a hospital. It’s a potentially life threatening issue but couldn’t even take the time to give me a cursory exam. And then maybe call ahead to say there’s someone coming with a serious issue. Glad I didn’t die on the way to the hospital.

Nice place, horrible service!! I took my 15-year-old son in there for a high school sports physical and it took us over an hour and a half. You can see from my picture they were not busy at all. Not one person ahead of us. They don't bill your insurance and charge a premium for the physical, then to take so long to get it done that it was absolutely horrible. When I asked how much longer they bought it would be, at an hour and 15 minutes in, they acted like I was being rude and belligerent. We will not return!

Do not use the express virtual or e visit! It is the biggest scam I've ever been a part of. I took me well over 20 minutes to answer all of their questions and set up an account just for a doctor to deny me meds within 3 minutes, the same meds my son was prescribed just yesterday. I literally wasted $40 of my own time and money trying to get SSM to treat me. Thanks, SSM! Maybe I'll try out an MLM pyramid scheme, next!
