The only reason I'm giving this place even one star is because of how great the staff is but that doesn't negate the issue I'm having which is the same issue many of the other disappointed commenters had. I was told that my short visit was a flat rate fee of $75 especially since I had yet to receive my insurance card. I was there for a migraine issue that after check up they said my nostrils were inflamed. They gave me a shot, a shot that I later had to ask what it was again since for some odd reason they never put it on my release papers. This also upset my family when they found out. Today I receive a billing statement for hospital fees for $477! They subtracted the $75 I paid already when there for the migraine. Granted the shot they gave me I did have side effects that were kind of brushed off by them and the medicine didn't fully work. They also subtracted some of the pay with discounts I'm not even sure where from or what. Like a previous commentor said the prices/charges are not at all explained on the billing statement like a regular hospital would give you. So I don't even know why I was charged. They didn't prescribe me anything and they didn't tell me if there were any additional charges to procedures or what not, even though they didn't do much but ask a bunch of questions. Like I said the staff was great, even the nurses and the doctor but the visit was so fast and I think they just have me the medicine because they figured it was nothing serious but again the $75 they told me was the flat fee and that was all. Now they did say when I was able to get my insurance card, they could take the $75 off. But yeah, not sure about this billing statement at all. Honestly confused? They didn't tell me anything about this. Wouldn't recommend
Lab ladies are short and all have a distaste for the patients. From receptionist to the lab large short hair black woman who took my blood work. I pass out after blood work so I told her this after she took my blood sample. She just looked at me and walked out. Is this empathy SSM ? They ( lab folks) all seem very unhappy and take it out on patients.
My experience was amazing at labcorp! Tiffany, Ashley, and Kiara were so good at their job and handling tough situations. I hope they get promoted soon and if I ever need lab work again I’ll be back here and suggest others to here
My daughter went here this morning for sore throat that caused swelling, pain, and difficulty swallowing. She waited at the door as instructed and was greeted by one of the receptionist. The staff member was extremely rude and condescending. I would recommend going to another urgent care as there are so many more that offer MUCH better customer service.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Even though they were very busy my wait time was not long. Doctor did not rush me and listened to me. Would recommend this urgent care to anyone
