I just tried to schedule an urgent appointment to get my finger x-rayed. It was injured yesterday and has been progressively swelling and bruising. I was offered 2 appointments, and while she was scheduling the appointment it disappeared and supposedly the other one did too. She refused to double book or allow me to come in as a walk in. Apparently NONE of the SSM Urgent cares allow walk ins "anymore". The purpose of an Urgent care is to treat patients URGENTLY!!! Disallowing walk ins defeats that purpose. Don't bother responding that you're sorry, because you're "sorry" is effectively "sorry, not sorry".

The Urgent Care charged me for an Emergency Room visit. Cost $560 for strep throat. They claimed that because the urgent care was in the hospital building, they charge the facility’s fees.
I don’t recall a sign or a waiver saying I would be charged ER prices.
The service was fine and staff was nice, but the pricing feels predatory.

Yikes! Not sure why all the bad reviews?! (Though I read through a little)
I was hesitant to come here, but after getting horrible service at Total Access Urgent Care a few days earlier, I was admittedly desperate.
First, let me mention it’s by appointment only.
I had called to see how busy they were, and thankfully was informed of this. Was able to get a first thing appointment next morning.
Lobby was clean, didn’t feel over crowded like a lot of urgent cares I’ve been to.
Check in was prompt, Tasha? Was a gem.
I was taken back within 15-20mins of my appointment. First nurse/tech I was a little concerned. Not the best bedside care, but the Nurse Practitioner. She attended me, gave me results and answers and for that I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!
But seriously, it felt much more professional

****DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to literally ANY other urgent care you can find!!!**** They charged me for an ER visit, nearly $500, for a ten-minute visit with a nurse practitioner who prescribed an antibiotic that didn't even work. I went through my insurance company's dispute process to figure out what went wrong (Clearly the bill was coded wrong! This is NOT an ER! It's not anywhere near a hospital!) but SSM told them "that's just how we bill it." NOT OKAY! I want to save others from having the same experience.

BEWARE they claim to be an urgent care, but they will charge your insurance for a hospital visit. You walk in expecting to pay an urgent care copay but then get a bill for something five times that amount. In this case i got eye drops for my sons pink eye. Very deceptive practice.
