I am extremely disappointed with the service center.
I scheduled an oil change & tire rotation and was not told when doing so that they do not cover third party warranties.
I purchased my vehicle in St. Joseph, Mo and not at this dealership.
I was not expecting to have to pay for this service because I have a warranty.
I would have not used this dealership had they told me this when I was scheduling.
I even asked them if I needed to bring my warranty information and was told NO it was in the computer.
Just be aware they only cover warranties if you purchase your vehicle from them.
Extremely disappointed 😞 😔

I am lost for words when it comes to this dealership, In 2020 I purchased a brand new 2019 hyundai sonata from the hyundai side and it was a really good car. It was totalled in 2023 since I was happy with my first purchase I went back to them for a second vehicle, but I went to the Nissan side this time. At the time I only went to look around and to see how much I would need down on another car, but ended up purchasing another vehicle which was a 2013 kia sorento that only had 47,000 miles on it and it ran really good. Out of all the cars they had on the lot they were really pushing for me to get the sorento even after i inquired about a brand new car. I was tolld that what the finance company approved me for it wasnt enough to get a new car. I wonder if they already new about the engine issues, thats why they pushed so hard for me to get the sorento. Within a year of having it I had to get an alternator which I paid almost $600 for, now a year and a half later the engine is leaking oil really bad and I was told the rear main seal is leaking and it would cost $1600 to fix on top of me having to pay $450 carnote and $506 insurance. I have to use my daughters car and it's a huge inconvenience to her because she works night shift and I work mornings so she have to find a ride home and not only that, I'm paying a carnote and insurance on a car I can't even drive. I hate I went to the dealership

It has been 19 years since I bought a vehicle from a dealership. I definitely would recommend St Charles Nissan!
We stopped by and picked up a low mileage used Ford SUV. Roger Dodd our salesperson was polite, straightforward and easy-going. No pressure from the lot to the test drive to the office to do paperwork. We had a great casual experience and the process was seriously FAST! Thank You! Marnie and Eric Masterson
