Will never go back!!! I purchased three pair of glasses in December and the one pair of Coach sunglasses that are aviator style. Give me a headache. I cannot wear them and I've been in numerous times to try and get the issue resolved. All I hear is well. Don't know what to do - but they really keep the bending the frames. That's not correcting the issue of the vision I've had them remade once that did not help. They will not offer any type of reimbursement or replacement and was even told that with my prescription for being nearsighted. I really shouldn't wear glasses with the curve now. Why wasn't I told this when I first ordered the stupid things? 😐

Best place for me to get glasses for a long time can go next door see the eye doctor then go order new glasses and they warranty their stuff great people

Incredibly unprofessional. Walked in with an emergency referral from an ER and the two women at the check-in were hostile from the get go. Brought up the referral and were abruptly told they do not accept emergency referrals and the doctor isn't even in. While these things may be true it is the dismissive tone as if we were some how being a bother by even walking in the door and asking for help. Clearly they expect you to know their policies the moment you step through the door. When I asked where we could go you would have thought I had asked for a kidney. Awful staff. Would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances.

I just found my new eye care place for my son and I. We had a beautiful experience. They repaired my son's eyeglasses and he said this is where he wants to get his new pair from. Thank you for the beautiful experience.

Everyone was very friendly. I had my daughter with me, and everyone was kind to her. I felt that they were happy to have me as a client.
