This place is a complete disaster. Three orders in one week and they have all been wrong. Not only that, you can't even get in touch with a person to speak to. No exaggeration, I have called 14 times to try to get in touch with some sort of a human being and it can't be done. What an absolute joke.

Placed a mobile order and the pick up time was 5:21 pm. I got there at 5:19. There was one dine-in customer and one to-go customer in the restaurant. The employees did not greet me when I walked in, nor did any one of them ask if they could help me. I asked how much longer my order would be. That is when they started preparing it. I would have been understanding if they were busy. But they were not. Joking around, ignoring customers and having inappropriate conversations in front of customers. I think a refresher course in customer service would be good for this location.

Ordered from the app while I was at work and I got the notification it had arrived. It was nowhere to be found so I called and they told me it was delivered and after much convincing I was told there would be another delivery and I needed to wait at the front office to see when it got there. I waited for an hour until the person that works out front desk brought my food back saying she didn’t know when it was delivered because nobody rang the door bell like it said on the instructions and it was just sitting on the ground. I open it up and it’s missing ingredients that I paid extra for.

Extremely disappointing experience with drive through. Missed an entire meal (it was on the receipt) and after I noticed when I got home - literally nobody answered the phones. I called multiple times, different options, over almost 20 mins. I can’t believe how they are that understaffed to where that many phone calls go unanswered.

Worthless management cancels your order without telling you anything! Says they only have one driver so they can not deliver the food for all of my employees. Hangs up the phone instead of answering it! Worthless save your money and time buy local with someone who cares! These people care about nothing except sitting around doing nothing!
