They must have been short staffed because the lobby area was filthy. It's normally super clean. Also, I tried a new sandwich this time (bacon/avocado) The sandwich itself tasted great but I've literally never seen such a small sandwich in my life!!

I’ve been coming here a couple times a week usually for the past year or so. Free Wi-Fi is good, it’s not hard to find an outlet, the atmosphere is good, and sip club is a good deal. Learn how to use customizations for your orders and you can get some great sandwiches. You can also take advantage of their rewards program and good deals on gift cards sometimes. If they get something wrong let them know and they will make it right. I love this place.

Went in on a sick day to pick a pick two got the order. Totally wrong supervisor was mad at me because they had to order wrong. Then he tells me I’m ignorant because I can’t throw the stuff away and there’s a trashcan right behind him very mature gotta love your management needs an improvement on attitude I pay for the food that gives you your check

I stopped in for lunch last week and realized I didn't have my cell phone. I was pretty sure I had left it at the gym. When I got ready to place my order I asked Noya if she could call the gym for me. She looked up the number and wrote it down for me. She then handed me her phone so I could call that way she could wait on her other customers. My phone was there and it saved me a trip back to my house. Thank you Noya!

This is the second time I have ordered a baja chicken bowl and gotten 2 pieces of chicken and a very small bowl at this location. I order this a lot a Panera and this is the only location this happens at. Food came out quickly and staff seemed nice enough but I didn't directly interact with any of them.
