    ordered a salad from here and found a dirty leaf? we ordered delivery so im not sure if it was the driver who did this? but our bag was taped shut so I don't think they did? Either way this was really disgusting to see and I feel horrible knowing someone thought putting a dirty leaf from the road in my salad would be funny. This is seriously a health hazard someone could get sick. the only positive is that the manager was very understanding and nice and we got a full refund.

    As I write this, I have been waiting for my for for about 30 minutes. I've watched multiple people walk out in disgust. The place was only about 1/4 full when I walked in, but now it's almost packed with people still waiting for thier orders, and the workers produce food at a snail's pace. The seem to be fully staffed, but just really inefficient. I've seen several people come back to the counter to get the things that were left of thier orders. All in all, totally incompetent.

    I try not to be too impatient with these places because since the pandemic, every place has been understaffed, and these people are overworked. However, today’s visit was very unpleasant for me. I ordered a bagel from the kiosk, and then Went to wait at the designated place to pick up bakery items. One of the associates that worked there are if if I’ve been helped, and I told them that I had ordered on the kiosk and I was just waiting. I waited for a good 10 minutes for one bagel, while the people that ordered right before me, and people that ordered after me got their items right away. I didn’t move, nor did I complain, but I was ignored. Nobody checked again to see if I got my order. I went to the associate I spoke to before, I don’t know if she was a manager, I informed her that I needed to leave, and I requested a refund. She said that she would refund my money, and get my bagel. She also told me that if I ordered from the kiosk that I had to let someone know. I explained that I understood that they were busy but I had to go because I had to go to work. She refunded me like $1.95, which I don’t get because I ordered a bagel and it was almost 5 dollars. She then brought a bagel without the honey walnut cream cheese that I ordered as well. I informed her of that, and then she said “Well you didn’t tell me that.” As if it was my fault! I didn’t say anything after she brought my cream cheese back, and I left with my dollar $.95. I probably will never order from that store again. They need a new system on ordering. I go to a lot of other Panera‘s and they have screens that will tell you what they are working on, and what is ready. This place desperately needs one of those.

    First of all I went because I had been given gift cards. Not familiar with this place it makes ordering difficult. I had to sit down and pull up the menu on my phone so I could find out what was what. I got a cherry cheese Danish ring to go and I was so disappointed. It was stale!!!. The sandwiches we got were good. The service was okay. The young girl at the bakery side was helpful and friendly.

    I go here occasionally and always order the Mac and Cheese for Dine-In, and have never had issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most bakery items are out of stock if you go at dinner, but this is to be expected at a place that makes them daily, so make sure to go earlier in the day for bakery items. Innocent mistakes are occasionally made on orders but staff is always helpful and fixes them fast.
