We have ordered through the drive-thru several times and have been met with sarcasm and rudeness. The food is excellent! but it doesn't make up for the bad service here. If you can't handle your customers asking you questions, find another job where you are not working with customers. I would not usually write a review like this, except it has happened to us several times and to my daughter when she's been through the drive-thru. We'll go elsewhere from now on. There are too many good choices in the area to deal with rudeness from the associates who are being paid to help us.
The kids who work the night shift have no clue what Customer Service or manners in general are. At the window they don't greet you, smile, ect. They just mumble out your total but only after standing with their back to you, playing around, making you wait until they feel like turning around to do their job. The prices at this location have steadily gone up but the portion sizes have decreased. They always seem to be out of bread bowls and unlike the day shift employees they claim that you have to have the end piece of French baguette bread as your side VS a softer piece. I'm done with these clowns and this establishment.
They’re always out of avocado. Something is always messed up in our order. This time they were out of avocado and they put cheese on our green goddess salad for some reason. The person who ordered it has a dairy allergy and could not eat it. Disappointing especially for the price.
As always this Bread Co is a good place to visit. Today I had to purchase several gift cards, and I received great service. The lady who rung up my order was neat and organized. She was friendly and genuinely nice.
Apparently this is light ice🙄 I love this place, but this bothered me too much because I said something to the girl at the window about how full this was. “Idk I didn’t make it” was the response…like okay that’s fine, but let’s take some ice out and put the $4 drink in there instead.
