*If I could give 0 stars I would*
I've never been treated so rudely in my life at a restaurant and will never go back to this location. They forgot 4 muffies in the drive-through, so I went inside to get them. It wasn't a big deal, because I know they're all kids working & forget stuff. A young kid said I needed to show him my bag for proof that I was missing them. I was dumbfounded and said "I've never been "questioned" about them forgetting stuff before". I asked for the manager, named Emily, and she was even more rude and said I had to go all the way back to my car to prove that I was missing them. I said "I just spent $70 here and you think I'm lying about some $2 muffies?" So I marched back to my car, got my bag to "prove" that they were missing and said they can come search my car if they want. The manager ignorantly gave me the muffies and said to stop "yelling" at her. I never once raised my voice at her, but was very frustrated. Then as I was leaving and said I won't be coming back to this location, she sarcastically said "we're sorry to see you go".

The 19 year old didn't like that I didn't tip more than $1 when I ordered 2 bagles she dropped in a bag. So our pleasant interaction turned into her flat face snubbing me. Only bad management would allow that kind of behavior to slip through, she must be snubbing dozens of people every day. Do you know what delivery drivers have to do to get tips? Up to an hour of driving in their own car and burning their own gas. What's going on in bagel land? Pay these people correctly and get the tip results out of the teen-angst bagel girl's face, because they apparently can't handle it.

I placed my order at the drive-thru the order-taker was very friendly and professional. I ordered a bowl of Cream of Chicken Wild Rice Soup and I received some kind soup with lots of corn in it. I called the restaurant to report my incorrect order and I spoke with Brittany the manager and she was not receptive to the complaint she told me “People make mistakes we are only human!” Then she proceeded to talk over me as I advised her that my receipt in bold print states, “ACCURACY MATTERS.” Brittany hung up on me! In my 30 years as a manager for two Fortune 500 companies I never would have spoken to a customer in this manner. You never justify a mistake. Your aim is to satisfy the customer by showing empathy and a goodwill gesture. I understand why this location has a 3.9 star rating. I will never patronize them again. Brittany failed Customer Service 101. This location needs to take a page out of the play book of customer care that McCallister’s , Chick-Fil-A, Nordstrom & Von Maur adheres to.

Good food but slow service. They seem to be always packed. Still a good deal for the money and the quality of what you got is very good. I wish they have more workers or somehow may the line go faster. Great coffee!

They have a temporary sign in the lawn that is down and twisted up.this has been like this for weeks. Management doesn't care. Neither does corporate. It looks like camping tent after a tornado. Lazy. Please take this down immediately and throw it away or I will do it for you. Come on! Seriously?
