    Panera used to be an upscale feel with great food and service. This location has none of that. They were only taking orders through the kiosk which slowed everything down. They were out of avocado which meant half of their sandwiches were not available. The bread on my sandwich was not as fresh as it should have been and tasted like something I'd find in a convenience store. The soup wasn't bad but nothing special. The tables were almost all dirty and there was trash on the floor. The restrooms were filthy which my wife mentioned as well. It was too cold for anyone to dine outside, yet rhe outside trash receptacles were overflowing. Clearly hadn't been emptied in some time. I'm sorry we chose to eat there and we certainly won't be back.

    For two plus years now this Panera can’t get it together. They are always out of everything. The sandwiches are never made correctly and the presentation is horrible. Here is my Chipotle Chicken Avocado which doesn’t even have the correct bread. Not to mention the poor small unappetizing appearance. No more money going to this Panera, ever. And how does “Bread Company” run out of bread as a side? C’mon really? That’s like Steak n’ Shake running out of steak burgers!

    This was the absolute worst service in my 64 yrs of life. So bad l "asked" the 25ish young girl her name. She says Ally with a heavy foreign accent. It was very obvious she did not wish to wait on me, and l even did part of her job by using the kiosk...smh. I requested the souffle in the middle, as there wete 3, and she picked up the 1st & then 3rd before understanding as l am pointing directly to it. No other customers are in line. Thank GOD these places are franchises as l will continue to enjoy my souffle, just never at this location.

    This Panera has some issues. I don’t think it is managed very well unfortunately. They are consistently out of ingredients. It also irritated me when they moved the coffee cups behind the counter as a member of the sip club. I have also had to wait a while for a cup when I’ve gone in because the self serve kiosks were closed. Or I usually have little kids in my van so have to go through drive through to get my sip club coffee. The drive through is crazy slow too. I really hope management can step it up to make this place run more smoothly! I always love the atmosphere and food is always good at Paneras.

    We had a nice meal here after church. The food was great and they have indeed started increasing the amount of protein on the sandwiches. Everything is always tasty. They still have a few issues with being out of products sometimes early in the day. Today it was croutons. Seems like they were a little short staffed today, because dishes weren't getting done and they had to use plastic utensils. Not a big deal. We understand. It's hard to work shorthanded. We had already ordered at a kiosk today and were waiting for our food to be prepared, but there were no cups anywhere. We just needed two water cups. There was a group of three older women at the counter ordering, so I waited behind them while they finished. It took them about 10 minutes to wrap up their order, it was a little frustrating to wait that long just to get two water cups. But again, it's hard to work short-handed, so we understand.
