Steven did an amazing job with my engagement ring!! My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I went looking at rings a while back. I’ll admit I’m not much of a jewelry person, and was really intimidated going into this process. I knew I wanted a simple design and a lab-grown diamond. I’m not allowed to wear any jewelry where I work (NICU RN) so I couldn’t justify him paying twice as much for a ring I can’t wear 3-4 days each week. They were so accommodating, not pushy at all, and ordered the most beautiful lab-grown stones for us to look at. My fiancé also brought in a watch and ring for repair while we were there and they did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. We just got engaged yesterday and I’m so happy we went with Steven’s, I can’t stop staring at it. We’ll be back soon to pick out our wedding bands!!

Steven’s Jewelry and Engraving has been nothing short of spectacular! Not only did they deliver an absolutely stunning custom engagement ring, but they also have had phenomenal custom service throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend them enough! :) Edited to add more professional photos of the ring that they helped us to custom make.

I found a jeweler to stick with for as long as they will be around! Finding my wedding ring was the smoothest process. I was so intimidated before finding Steven’s Jewelry and Engraving. They treated me and my husband as family, and most importantly hit the nail on the head with my style and what I was looking for at the FIRST try. Steven pulled out a ring, and that was it. That was the one. He listens so intently and cares. Prices are SO reasonable. I get to look at my left hand with fond memories of meeting Steven and the care he put into my adjustments creating exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to visiting him for birthdays, holidays and anniversaries. I have recommended this jeweler to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

Brought in a $17,000 ring to get resized and appraised. Went up there a few days later to pay and they admitted to not being able to find my ring. After finding it we’re told it’ll be done later that day, fast forward 2 days later, my fiancé called inquiring about the ring. When we’re told AGAIN they can’t find our ring and it still had to be appraised, so the jeweler asked her to send a picture of the ring to her personal phone so she could locate it.. ridiculous. After FINALLY recovering the ring 2 minutes before close on Friday we have it for a little over a week and a half and a DIAMOND FALLS OUT! Call up to inquire about the damage and Steven claims the resizing wouldn’t have messed with the prongs, and went on to say that if asked about replacing the prongs BEFORE the ring was appraised after resizing he wouldn’t have suggested any replacement prongs. But after further inquiring about the ring at least 3 prongs (not including the broken one) we’re needing a repair. And according to Steven if the resizing didn’t mess with the ring he clearly missed it, or just didn’t care enough to comment on it. Avoid the Jeweler at all cost, they don’t care about you.

I had a fantastic experience with Steven's Jewelry & Engraving! They repaired my wife's wedding ring by replacing a missing diamond at a very reasonable price. To top it off, they generously cleaned it for us, free of charge. Exceptional service and craftsmanship! Highly recommended! The fact that as of this review they have no 1 star ratings should tell you all that you need to know
