Jim was very knowledgeable and able to fix the problem with our oven quickly and affordably. He was able to put us on his schedule within the next business day of calling and was good at communicating our problem and upfront about the cost of repair. Hopefully, we never need another oven repair, but if we do, I will be calling Jim at Superior Appliance Repair.

Jim was fantastic in getting my refrigerator working again in short order. Thankfully he had the part in stock and no food went to waste. Will definitely be my first call if another appliance problem comes up. Highly recommend Superior Appliance Repair!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Was able to schedule me next day. On time. Easily figured out what was wrong and fix the problem. Very reasonable pricing. I’m very happy to have found this company.

I submitted a request for service online after hours on Monday and Jim called me first thing Tuesday morning to schedule a visit. He said he had a full day but would call when he was on his way. Tuesday afternoon he called to let me know he was on his way. Jim was very knowledgeable about the issues with the washing machine and showed me how to recalibrate it so the terrible noise it was making would stop. He also advised to do smaller loads to extend the life of the machine. Super friendly as well.

My washing machine went out over the Fourth of July weekend and I called Superior Appliance Repair on Tuesday, July 5th, since it was located in O Fallon, MO. which is where I live. Jim was able to come out that day by 11am, assess the problem with my washer, and order the part I needed later that same day. Jim went above and beyond to really assess all aspects of my washer and was so nice and knowledgeable. Jim was back at my apartment on Thursday morning with the part and I was all set! I call that fast service! The bill was very reasonable and I will be referring Jim/ Superior Appliance Repair to all my friends. Thank you Jim!
