This place is absolutely incredible! The treats are sweet but the experience is the best part -> all the decorating you can do with NONE of the cleanup! It's a mother's dream!! My 9 year old and I had an incredible time decorating cookies and a cupcake. The wonderful staff was so helpful and kind, answering all of my daughters questions and getting extra bowls for more colors. This experience was even better than I could have imagined and we can't wait to go back! 10 stars, we highly recommend it!

Who owns this place? It was a total joke! Come on St. Charles, we can do better than this. It was a total mess. We were the only ones in there and no one cared to help with anything. The entire time, the worker was in the back in on her phone eating lunch. We have to go find our own supplies anytime we needed something. It was clear no one cared about us or the place. There were boxes and junk everywhere. It’s a joke to see the pictures of this place online compared to what we saw when we walked in. The Sweetology in West co can be clean and organized, why can’t ours? Terrible. Obviously the owners are missing and could care less about this place.

The place has a great theme and concept, and is pretty well done with helpful and nice staff. We came in as a group of 6 and made some cupcakes, the supply were decent albeit a bit basic. It's clear that this is an experience first type of place, and it was a good one, we had fun. But the product is a average and the price is quite high, I would recommend it as a fun trip for birthdays or other special events. Overall it was worth it but I don't think I will be coming here again outside of a special event.

I hosted a birthday party for my 10-year-old daughter this weekend. The place is absolutely adorable and extremely clean. However the staff did not provide much instruction or steps to help the girls make beautiful cakes. It seems like the girls would ask questions that would be lead to some instructions but the staff seemed annoyed. It felt like they were ultimately concerned about the mess the girls were making and how much they would have to clean up rather than actually helping them. They discouraged sprinkles (they are messy) but these girls are 10 and that was best part!

We used Sweetology to host a virtual gingerbread house building party as our team holiday event. Macy and Stephanie were both amazing at keeping everyone entertained and on track, which is a lot to ask when working with a group of 20 engineers. The kits were surprisingly luxurious and the candy itself was delicious! Highly recommend.
