I have been coming here for the past 2 years and it has never disappointed. Cole has been extremely helpful to me. They have helped me pick out frames that I absolutely love and help me choose the best lenses for both my everyday glasses and my sunglasses. They were very knowledgeable and explained all of my options to me. They also answered all of my questions that I had. It has been the decision ever switching over to Target Optical 2 years ago.

Great Experience from a Great Staff First, the staff at Target Optical is Excellent, both the front office and the doctors. There is absolutely no pressure from anyone. The doctor answered all my questions during my exam and I never for a moment did I feel rushed. Then there's the people you work with while picking out your glasses (Front office), all of them are AWESOME. Very nice, they also will answer all of your questions and again no pressure. I worked with Colin. You can tell he really likes his job, it shows when you are working with him and he is really great at it. Now for the best part. I ordered a pair of glasses. A couple weeks later they arrived. When I tried them on I notice the reading part of the bifocal was not what I needed. That was MY mistake not there's. When ordering my glasses, I forgot to mention I needed a farther than normal distance for reading. Again, I was working with Colin. All I said to Colin was I use a standing desk at work and needed a farther reading distance. I did not tell him what that distance was because I didn't know it. I planned to take measurement and return to order replacements with the distances I needed. A week later I get a text indicating my glasses were in. I went back to Target Optical and again worked with Colin. I explained to him that I still hadn't given him the measures for the reading distances. He smiled and said, just give these a try, I think you will like them. I could not believe it, THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. The distances were SPOT ON. It really was incredible. I don’t know how he did it. The glasses are great. The prescription is exact. Within a day my eyes adjusted to them and now I wear them everyday. I really don't think I could have gone to a better place to get glasses than Target Optical at 3881 Mexico Road in St. Charles MO. Perfect prescription, Great glasses, Awesome people to work with, what more can you want.

I just had to write a review after having such a great experience with Cole on multiple occasions over the past few years. Cole remembered who I was, instantly picked up on my style, and was there to help me every step of the way. I ended up buying two pairs because I couldn't decide from so many amazing options! It truly is the little things and I will be returning again!

Doctor Lorber was fantastic! She was fun, knowledgeable and professional! The store manager knocked the whole experience out of the park, Cole was the icing on the cake!! Super knowledgeable, down to earth and incredibly helpful and I will not go anywhere else!

Cole was so awesome and helpful! Cole was extremely helpful and literally the best! Dr Hancock was also amazing and made me feel super comfortable!
