I have now been to this Target Optical twice, once for my son and then for myself. I got glasses for my son and did an exam/glasses for myself. The staff is great and personable! Colin helped me both times (and was amazing!) but you can tell that everyone loves working there from their demeanor and smiles. Cole, the manager is so nice! Will be coming back and sending my family here.
This has been my go to location for years. The personalized service cannot be beat. Cole the store manager remembers not only my son and my name but our preferences on the kinds of frames and lenses we like. This type of personalized experience makes appointments not only smooth but enjoyable. The prescription has also been spot on and the one time I did not feel like it was the best the continued to work with me till we tweaked it and I felt comfortable. Target Optical on Mexico Road is great! The manager, Cole, has been so helpful from the moment I went in for my eye appt to helping me find the best glasses. She has been so helpful, professional, engaging and so nice!
