We can’t find one thing to complain about! We were first time diners here. We arrived at dinner time on a weekend and was seated immediately with no wait time. They offer a full bar with adequate dining space inside and outside, and perfect ambiance for the evening. (My only suggestion is to add a fireplace outside for outside diners on a cool evening)! Tristan our waitress, greeted us immediately and even with a mask on, we could tell she was smiling and happy to be working there. She offered our drink selection, explained our specials, and offered suggestions from the menu. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when we couldn’t make up our minds. After ordering, our food came quickly and hot. We both loved our meals! We offered our compliments to the chef and shortly afterwards Scott the owner came to our table and introduced himself. We definitely will be back to try the rest of the menu and would recommend you give them a try too!
1st time here. Food was excellent! Steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it. Our waitress Kaitlyn was amazing! She was always on top of it and very sincere! We will definitely be back even though we don't live near by.
First time here. Had a small bridal party...Great margaritas! I couldn't get my steak cooked right but the staff and service was great. The manager also came out to apologize and took care of my meal! Definitely enjoyed myself..Thank you Brass Rail for being open for business and providing us a place to safely get together and celebrate my new journey.
The food was excellent! Everyone at our table ordered something different and we were all really pleased. We also caught the tail end of happy hour and snagged the $10 bottle of wine special. Just one of the few happy hour options. Depending on your comfort level, be aware that the COVID protocols here seem a little loose. The servers all wore masks but the bartenders and what looked to be the restaurant manager were not wearing them. We were in a booth and after a while the booths on both sides of us were filled - not 6ft apart.
I dine here quite a bit. Mostly curbside pick up. The ribs are the best I have ever had, next to my own! All the food is top notch. Friday is Prime rib and 10 dollar bottles of wine. You have to try this.place, and it will soon be one of your favorites!
