It was fabulous. They squeezed me in to allow for a super clean house when my family is visiting and i am super pleased with the people that came and performed the work. Spotlessly clean, fast, friendly. I always thought it would be weird to have stranger help clean my home, but everyone made me feel very at ease. App and payment were easy and convenient.

I was looking for some extra help after welcoming a baby. The high Google reviews on this company are incredibly misleading. There was no attention to detail. (Corners weren't vacuumed, only some of the counters were wiped down, mirrors were half cleaned, etc) The first two cleans are incredibly expensive. I thought this was the case because it requires more work to start out but I really think it's because they want as much money as possible before you decide to cancel. The two people cleaning my home weren't properly trained. A toilet overflowed on the second floor and they had no idea what to do. Water was left to run for a significant amount of time. It ruined the floor in the bathroom, went 12 feet from the toilet to the bedroom carpet, and went into a vent. The water in the vent ruined the ceiling on our lower floor. They finally went to get my husband and he fixed the issue in seconds. Unfortunately the water had already caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage. I called the company because I was shocked at what had happened and I was laughed at. I was really hoping they would help me feel some relief about my house after a bout of postpartum depression but this whole experience has been terrible. Management at this company is very unprofessional and they do not deserve your business.

Cristina and her team always do a fabulous job cleaning our office space. They are quick but thorough. I highly recommend using the Cleaning Authority for your office needs.

We have used the Cleaning authority at our previous residence. Because we loved the service so much, we just signed up for our new house and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent team. Great cleaning job! I would like to have them come back. I am very pleased w/Cleaning Authority. Their Supr. came & checked their work when they were done. I was impressed !!
