Very pleased with my experience here. From calling to make my appointment, to when I left the salon, I always felt welcomed and was met with nothing but positivity. I was able to get in the next day after calling and was scheduled with Elise. I could tell that she is very passionate about her job and helping people. I have had a very bad experience with my hair over the years and she brought it back to life. The whole time I was there, Elise was super positive and even spoke about how much she loved her co workers and the atmosphere of the salon. It was very refreshing to hear. She always made sure that I was happy with what she was doing to my hair and with me being more of an introverted person, I really appreciated her taking the time to make sure I was happy with the result. Will definitely return.

I just want to take a moment to express my incredible experience at The Color Room. I called The Color Room yesterday to explain I needed to get in ASAP because of a hair color mess up by another salon. The rep I spoke to at The Color Room got me in same day for a free consultation. I met with Elise for the consultation to show her pictures of what I wanted vs what I had received. Elise made me feel confident in her abilities to make things right! I made an appointment with Elise to come back in a week, but she said she would do what she could to get me in sooner. Within about two hours of leaving the salon, I got a call that Elise was able to fit me in next day! Let me just say, Elise under promised and over delivered! She was incredible. She got help from her coworker to make it possible to get my hair fixed! If you are looking for a great hairstylist, please go see Elise!! She will not disappoint you!!! Thank you so much The Color Room staff and Most importantly, thank you Elise!! Also, thank you Lexie for helping Elise make this happen! You were great as well!

I definitely recommend the color room! The first picture is from a local slash salon in Wentzville, who screwed my daughters hair up, it was supposed to be silver and turned out orange, so we went to the color room and this lady did an amazing job fixing my daughter’s hair and she looks beautiful, I recommend the color room and the lady in this picture! I can’t remember her name but she did a great job and she was wonderful

We were new in the area and was looking for a new facial place for our teenage and whole family to make it our Regular! From consultation til first treatment we had a great experience with Nicky! But not so much with the front receptionist, they were more cherries picking with the way they will treated you!!! That’s the downfall… unfortunately! We were paying attention and yes twice they treated us like we were invincible and pushed us to the corner!! Hope the owners able to trained their employees to be more professional and respectful with all the customers! Like “don’t just judge a book by the cover only!” We used too have our facial home for our whole family back in west coast, non of the staff so stocked up like the receptionists in The Color Room!!! Only Nicky nailed it, she deserved recognition because she delivered 5 stars ⭐️ customer service and professionalism. Thank you Nicky, we will be back because of you ☺️

I’ve been going here for several months always with Elise. I absolutely LOVE Elise. She is such an amazing stylist and personable. Also great with making kids feel comfortable while doing my hair. She also works with me schedule wise to accommodate my kids’ school schedule. The entire environment here at The Color Room is phenomenal and very relaxing, yet also chic and classy. Definitely recommend going here for any of your hair needs.
