Really happy with my experience with Anna. I have some significant challenges to work through, and she has been professional, patient and kind. She listens carefully and asks questions as we go. I started seeing Anna a couple years ago, and my first massage kept me coming back. She is clearly an experienced professional, and her most recent work is improving the quality of my life. I'll be back!

I was given a Groupon for hair color, cut, blow-dry, and style. I am amazed at how gorgeous my color came out. I went in a dark, over processed mess and came out with beautiful, healthy, shining hair. Jaci did an awesome job with my cut and style, too. My husband and I both love the color and cut. Thank you for the experience, I felt you went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning.

Unwelcoming environment. I went in for a massage, was not greeted by staff at all while I waited to be checked in. During my massage I requested a cover for my eyes, the massage therapist, Anna, refused, and said the lights are off. I told her I have a condition and my eyes open so I cover them. This is pretty standard spas give you an eye cover. She proceeded to tell me the lights are dim and that’s why. I replied “okayy,” as I was confused by the response but also surprised. But she also told me she had an extra towel but didn’t give it to me. After that the massage was rushed and very sloppy. She then barely applied pressure, and I had to boost my confidence to ask for more pressure. Once I did , no reply. I mean complete silence. She was turning my head rough and it was unpleasant. Afterwards I never saw her and she told me to go to the front. No bye or anything. I’m highly disappointed in the service here. Never experienced this at a spa ever. I get massages often and don’t recommend this place for one.

Jennah reached out to me and offered me another massage therapist. I’m so glad I took her up on it. Received massage from Annabelle, great massage addressed all my trouble areas, very pleasant and professional. I look forward to booking with her again
