I am very impressed with the care I receive from Dr. Gregory Kranzusch and his staff! He and his staff have been very attentive, professional, and efficient. I feel that he and his staff listen to my concerns and offer great guidance and encouragement. Dr Kranzusch has been very thorough in his assessments and aggressive in his treatment plan to resolve my issues. I was recommended by a friend to seek treatment from him and his staff. I am glad I found him. I really liked a previous Podiatrist for a similar issue, but soon discovered I was under even better care! I have recommended Dr Gregory Kranzusch and staff at The Foot and Ankle Center (St Charles) to several family and friends.

It has been years, but now I drive by this place to get to work and it constantly reminded me that I needed to leave a review I should have done years ago. First off, Dr. Gregory Kranzusch and his staff at this location were incredibly nice. Dr. Kranzusch also helped me out with cost and payments when I didn't have insurance, even with an MRI. The problem was his diagnosis of my problem was dangerously off. He ended up saying I needed a gastrocnemius surgery (strayer procedure) which would have solved nothing, left me immobile for over a month, left me (permanently) weaker after everything was done, and solved nothing. I went for a second opinion with an orthopedic surgeon and he refuted everything Dr. Gregory diagnosed. The orthopedic surgeon took my orthotics that I had, heated it up to make it malleable, and came back within less than 5 minutes. Told me to let it cool and give it a month of wearing before I determined whether it helped or not. It did. Solved everything. A less than 5 minute orthotic adjustment saved me thousands, FMLA time, pain, weakness, physical therapy, and no improvements. It turned out to be there was a little too much bone in my foot that was causing me to overcompensate, causing me irritation and pain. Good to go now, though. Nice guy, but couldn't have been more wrong.

The office was able to schedule me on the same day. Staff at the front were friendly and amazingly helpful. Dr Kranzusch was prompt, took his time understanding my problem, and implemented a plan immediately to get my ankle feeling better. Very impressed. Im recommending my patients to see him for all foot/ankle issues.

Dr. K and staff are wonderful. My teenage daughter has battled ingrown toenails on both feet her whole life. Dr. K has finally fixed them for good and his staff made an unpleasant procedure as painless and minimally scary as possible. If anyone I know needs a foot doctor, Dr. K will always be my recommendation!

This was my first time ever seeing a foot doctor. Well I've been lucky to never need to see one. One thing I do know, is if i ever seen to see one again Dr. Kranzusch will be the one. Him and his office staff are so personable, friendly and patient. I was not mentally prepared to go in there and lose a toenail. I had assumed I had just broken a toe. As traumatic as that experience was for me. Doctor and his MA helped explain everything to me and reassure me I was in good hands. I work in the medical field and nothing freaks me out more than having a procedure done on my feet. They helped me realize I didn't need to have that fear anymore. I will refer everyone I know here! Thanks again!
