Our house had hail damage and insurance quoted us for 10 windows and a sliding door. Other companies quoted me double or triple the price of Glass Guru. I am so happy with everything. We ordered a large piece of low iron glass for our new dining table. Glass Guru was responsive and reasonably priced. They originally quoted us 2 weeks for turnaround; we were contacted after a week stating the top had arrived. We are happy with our top, thank you Glass Guru!
What an awesome experience of professionalism in action! Kevin, was polite, courteous and displayed everything you hope for in a service visit! He was on time, conscientious, and dedicated to his craft. He knew the whats and the hows to be effective and efficient for removing and reinstalling a glass insert. He was in and out in no time!!! He cleaned up what little and I mean little debris that was created and he took the broken insert with him! I'm thankful for Jade Paden of Rite Air who recommended Glass Guru to me! They are simply a First Class organization who knows how to truly satisfy a customer!!!! If I have to do this again, I will not be wasting my time dealing with anyone for anything!!!
I accidentally broke an ornate framed mirror when I was helping my mom move and wasn’t sure I would be able to find someone to fix it. The Glass Guru was able to work with another company to match the bevel and they cut the mirror and re-framed it for me. It was a very challenging job! Suzanne was fast to respond to questions and they were great to work with. I highly recommend them for your glass needs.
last week I had a company come out to give us an estimate on repairing a sliding patio door that was leaking air between panels. they said we needed a new interlock and quoted a price of $300. today we had the Glass Guru come ou to give us a quote. after looking it over he decided that the interlock was not interlocking. It took less than a minute to adjust the lock and take care of the problem. He charged us nothing. big difference in customer service. we will be calling them again when needed.
