The St. Charles location off Mexico Rd needs new management ASAP! They repeatedly make inconsiderate decisions that negatively impact customers such as blocking off all of the self checkout lanes in the middle of the day resulting in huge slow lines with the cashiers. What’s the point of self checkout if you’re not going to use them. They’ve also closed the doors at the overhang by the lumber yard hours before closing despite it pouring down raining outside. This forces those who’d be getting lumber and other weather sensitive materials to either drag them through the rain or go elsewhere. Again, what’s the point of an overhang loading area by the lumber yard if you’re not going to allow your customers to use it? Stop with this nonsense!!!

I went in the other day and I love this store! It was nice and everybody was knowledgeable. I got up to the front desk to cash out and I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Nicole the cashier. I noticed was extremely friendly patient and kind to everyone in front of me while in line! I had a short conversation with her and she was very, very kind and great at what she did! Thank you Nicole for making people smile!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Home Depot had no problem selling me carpet, but apparently they are completely unwilling to allow the carpet to be installed without someone present to represent the buyer in order to OVERSEE THEIR INSTALL. The home is vacant and apparently this immutable. Although I live out of state, they will not allow this small area of carpet to be installed in my physical absence. They are literally forcing me to drive twelve hours to oversee their work. This totally sucks.
**in response to the message supplied by Home Depot (see below) I tried to get help via the store manager. They escalated it to the district manager who shot it down without a second thought. We also discussed rescheduling after considering a cancel/refund and they booked it for next Thursday. Home Depot then cancelled my order the following day, along with my install appointment, and never notified me. Luckily, I found another company in the area to take over

I have never been asked so many times how my day is or if I’m finding everything okay… until this Home Depot location!! My husband and I are refinishing our stairs at home and Dawn Hahn was SO nice and so knowledgeable. She took so much time to help us find the right match. Thank you so much!!!

I was suppose to have my washer delived 5 days ago never showed up. Contacted the store manager at the cottiville mo location wasn't any help. I feel he should have sent a couple of his associates with the washer and they should have installed it. Poor customer service either take care of your customer or get a new delivery service.
