Bought mums for the fall and saved 25 dollars by signing up for a new credit card.
I love the Home Depot! I especially love the customer service...the employees are always friendly and helpful! The new order pick up system is super cool! You can pick up curbside or if you want to pick up in store and if your purchase isn't too large, they have lockers in the front of the store. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be texted a code. You simply go to the locker, and enter the code into the computer and a message will show up saying "please stand back, locker # will be opening momentarily" and a second later, the stated locker opens and inside is your order! Really opens up the customer service area inside.
I much prefer leaving positive reviews, but I can't stop shaking my head over the experience I just had at this Home Depot. I had a lovely young lady in the garden area help me find the tools that I needed (she gets 5 stars), but when I went to check out at the entrance that I parked near, the two guys I spoke to told me that I would have to walk to the complete opposite end of the store. Normally I don't mind a little bit of excercise, but I am very pregnant (and obviously so to the workers). They had all the tools necessary to go the extra mile and to help me out and chose not to. They had no one in line, there were 4 or 5 people working that register area, and they still chose to send the super pregnant woman that is already having issues getting around to the opposite side of the store.
I went in for two things. They didn't have either one.
Lost a gift card and was told that even with receipt and all information they were unable to cancel and replace card! After hours of phone calls, frustration, told to call my bank to dispute charge, come back on Monday there is a better manager???? Really!!!!
