This place gave me an exceptional experience when purchasing my smoker. I was looking at Amazon and it was going to be 3 or 4 days before I got it in and I'd need to install it. I did one final price check on the internet and found it for the same price at Home Depot the next day...and with free installation. They took care of delivering it directly to my house completely built. On top of that, Mary Peppers at the CS desk follow up the next day to make sure that everything ended as expected. GREAT experience!

They are so damn nice here. So helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I was spending less than 20 bucks too. Usually places don't give this kind of care to someone spending so little but il be damned, they sure did. Can't recommend this location enough. Terry is the man!

I was slightly annoyed that 1 set of doors was locked, and I needed to walk to the opposite end of the building to enter. They did have what I was looking for and exactly where the app said it should be...so kudos for that. The cashier was the only interaction I had, and that experience was fairly ordinary. She was as pleasant as anyone should expect without being extraordinary..

The best Home Depot in Missouri very nice customer service very polite they are very helpful and always go out of there way to make sure your happy and the store is very safe and very clean they always have what I am looking for excellent service A+

St. Charles Home Depot did a great job with carpet selection for a rental property. I want to thank Brett, Bria and Rhonda for helping me and being so nice. It's going to look great!
