I've had Honey Baked Ham many times before when others brought it or had it. This is the first time I've bought one myself. The workers did a great job of offering suggestions of what sides we should get for the group we were having. It's a bit of a drive for us but will be worth doing it in the future.

I ordered a ham on 11/10/2020 from this store and spoke to Donna. I told her I needed a ham that would feed 11-16 people for Christmas because our family was getting together on Christmas Eve and my son would pick up the ham on December 23rd. I asked her if she needed a payment or deposit over the phone and she said no. She said that was fine and I would receive an email confirmation. I called her back on 11/12/2020 because I didn't receive the confirmation and she said there was a glitch in the system. She confirmed our order again. I sent the store an email through their website on 11/16/2020 and never received a reply. When my son went on December 23rd to pick up the ham, he was told there wasn't any order? He was told they had 4 four pound hams available or one 10 pound ham. He took the ten pound ham as it was cheaper. I will NEVER order another ham from any of the stores. And.....the ham wasn't as good as the ones purchased at Aldi's.

Best place for a glazed ham or turkey breast. And the also have sides for all your holiday fixens. Great service friendly staff. # Glaze Master

I pre-ordered a Turkey a week before Thanksgiving. I set my pickup for Wednesday 11/25. When I arrived at the store I was told my Turkey was accidentally sold earlier in the day and all they had was Ham. My family can not have Ham and so here I was left at 5 PM the night before Thanksgiving to get a plan B in place. It’s one thing to make mistakes, but to not even call and warn customers of those mistakes is unacceptable. Not only that, but to have a manager take all your information again because he wanted to make it right, and you hear nothing from them, again shows the lack of customer service. I would think twice before depending on them for any important event.
