I had a rough visit at another location about two months ago so I decided to visit the First Capitol location. I met Dr. Sam and after my adjustment, I felt better physically and was actually educated on what was going on with my back! I had been having issues for a while and no one ever took the time to explain what was wrong so I was in pain but never knew what was causing it.

I scheduled an appointment today as a new patient. When I arrived, there was a worker talking with two customers at the foyer entrance. The worker was reclined on one of the chairs engrossed in a leisurely conversation with the two patrons. He didn't bother to welcome me, invite me to have a seat, or inform me whether he was the only attendant present or if someone else would be with me soon. Despite the cold reception, or lack thereof, I took a seat and patiently waited for him to either finish his conversation or for someone else to come and help me. In the meantime, another customer walked through the door. This female was immediately greeted by the lounging attendant and informed that someone would be out to help her soon. Low and behold a female suddenly appeared from the back and immediately set about helping the female who came in AFTER me. I sat there for half a beat pondering whether to ignore their poor customer service in the name of my aching back or take it as a sign that this was not the place for me. I quickly chose the latter because the last thing I need is poor customer service when I'm already in pain. If they can't so much as provide good customer service, I certainly can't trust them with my aching back. I would not recommend this location.

We love the Joint. The staff at St.Charles is super friendly. The Dr.’s listen and respond to our needs. We just feel better when we leave. As a matter of fact it makes me feel like having a burger and fries when I leave!

I've been seeing chiropractors for 40 years. I told Dr. Shawn while I was being adjusted at various locations I noticed my rib cage was hurting. He asked me if I had bumped my head recently and I really had to think about that. Then I remembered on vacation unloading the minivan I hit my head pretty hard on the tailgate while it was backed up to the sidewalk. He proceeded to adjust my cranial plates and lo and behold the pain was gone! I go out of my way to drive up to see him every other weekend when he works. Whoever mentored Dr. Shawn did an amazing job. He is truly the best chiropractor I have ever been to and I have seen at least eight other chiropractors over the years.

Dr.Quincy at first capital is by far the best Chiropractor I have had at joint. He goes through the right steps questions and movements. He actually genuinely cares. I'll be back at this location
