Dr Justin and the Ofallon clinic is amazing! They provided a quick treatment plan and then went to normal weekly visits. For someone who is self pay this is a huge advantage!!
Awesome! First off, Crystal is a ray of sunshine working the front desk as a care coordinator. She not only recognizes us and checks us in before we get to the counter, but she is personable and cares to know us. Then, Dr Jenny is the absolute best! She asks how I’m doing and if I have any concerns, she knows exactly what adjustments I need to address issues, and remembers little things from visit to visit. My wife and I love her so much we’ll drive past other locations to get to the one she’s at.
I appreciate The Joint Chiropractic SO much! I often have unexpected joint injuries that are very painful and I can't wait for a future appointment at a private office. At The Joint, I can walk in immediately at whichever clinic is closest at the moment and it's often a very short or no wait at all. Every doctor I have met has been friendly, professional, and informative. Dr. Justin and his team at my home location know me personally so it's always nice to feel like I'm not just another patient. If I need a quick visit, I'm fixed up and out the door. If I need to ask questions or learn how to improve my issues with exercises or stretches, they always take the time to discuss. If I want to see the same doctor every time, the schedule is posted online so I can walk in when I know they are available. Honestly, The Joint has been a life changing convenience for me!
Love being able to do walk in appointments when I wake up stiff. Staff is super friendly and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to get seen. Been going here for about a month and have felt a difference :)
The environment is amazing. You are immediately welcomed the second you walk in. Dr. Justin is an incredible doctor who not only knows what he’s doing, but really listens to you and explains why he’s doing what he’s doing. He always makes sure you feel heard and valued as a patient. If you ever have any questions he will explain everything to you. He is very kind and gets to know you on a personal level rather than making you feel like just another patient.
