Every penny seems invested in the aesthetic only and nothing else, certainly not service. This place never should have received capital without a solid business plan or management. They lost estheticians, staff, and numerous clients because of this. There are kinks to work out with any new business but I’m not shocked they didn’t last. Their appointment and communication system lacked common sense, consistency, and was a nightmare for clients.
No confirmation set-up. Each time I was in the waiting area I would overhear a client complaining to the receptionist/owner about a “lost” appointment. However, I hoped/thought that would never be me. Well, it eventually was and they lost me as a potential client. Everything is done online and through email. Which is fine. When it works. They will cancel and reschedule your appointment, switch estheticians, etc. several times that you’re not sure which one to show up to. They clearly don’t believe in confirming with the client personally beforehand or appointment reminders or the PHONE. She offered me a mere 15% discount off my next appointment when she gave up my spot to a WALK-IN, knowing I was sitting right there waiting patiently to be received for an appointment I scheduled over 8 weeks in advance. Service was a joke. They don’t deserve to reopen. People like that should not profit. It’s like their business plan to the bank was just “pretty stones” and pedicures that resemble fancy cocktails. That’s it.

Luxurious, modern and clean. Unless you're in LA or New York you don't find places like this. Wow! Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Derrick's sports massage is the best I've ever had. This guy is good!! I'm going back every other week. I highly recommend them. It's a pleasure to support this brand new small business as they reopen. And I like that they primarily do online appointment bookings.

made an appointment for 10:00 today, got there and the lights were off and doors were locked. i waited 25 minutes. phone number was not going through. i used personal time off work for this appointment. should have to stayed at work. waste of time. got my hopes up for no reason. total disappointment. i’ll give my gift card to someone else

The place is beautifully designed and they are so friendly. You seriously feel taken care of. Ive never had a facial like that before felt so good. So relaxing. Definitely going to be a regular

Made an appointment online. Showed up and no one is here. Should have read the other review here first saying the same thing. I checked with the pet salon next door and they haven't seen anyone in over a month.
