I absolutely love this store! The globe I got for my daughter's 13th birthday was absolutely gorgeous. When she opened it there wasn't a dry eye in the house. We had wings and the words Daddy's Girl engraved on it. The lady attending the store that day was pleasantly helpful. I'm big on pieces to remember loved ones..... Thanks for making my daughter's birthday supper special!

I ordered a picture frame with 4 names on it for christmas gift, upon pick up one name was spelled wrong, they had it fixed AND upgraded me to a black frame by the next day, excellent service will use this place as much as I can for gifts!

Unprofessional costumer service. I brought in some wine glasses and an image i wanted engraved for my 15 wedding anniversary. The first lady told me it would be $9 and i needed to buy a $50 cd to copy the image. It didnt make since but i dont know what it all takes to engrave glass. Two weeks after my anniversary i get a call that the cd is in and i can bring the glasses. I take the glasses in to learn it takes an hour to place the image on and i have to pay. $16 it to be place on one glass & $12 for the other... which is ridiculous and $3per word again which was not stated on paper nor in the previous ordering of the cd. I invested too much money to turn away... but i will not use them again.
