I’ve been using Thomas and Associates for a few years and they’ve been awesome. I have a small business that has grown over the last few years. Carolyn has been amazing at educating me on how to get my books in order and what deductions I can take. The whole office staff is always friendly and helpful.

I called this firm on January, 3rd morning to file my company (small business) and my personal taxes. The lady advised me that some one will call me and took my phone number and name. I waited all day and no return call. I called again on January, 4th morning and she said she forwarded my number and name to concerned people and they will call me. Today January, 7th, 2017 still no one call me. This firm is irresponsible and no ethics.
