Do NOT get a student loan through them. They cap at a certain point anyways. I wish I would have just done all my student loans through government. They decided to find a loop hole even though the president said to put off loans they called and said that I owed them $500 of loans a month. Was able to push it back but if you are someone looking for a student loan do not go through them. They are also not great at answering their phones. I would suggest finding another bank tbh.
Horrible. This bank is unorganized and not professional. We have a car loan here for years and out of nowhere we are getting harassing letters about not having insurance. Our insurance has not changed in years! So, the APPROPRIATE info was sent several times and STILL they’re saying they don’t have it! Get to TOGETHER!
I just recently called this location because I have been banking here since I was 16 years old, I got on the phone to ask a simple question about an issue that I was having, and the customer representative had a very very bad attitude. I know it doesn’t sound like much but he did not sound like or act like he was trying to give me great customer service while doing it with a good attitude. Again I have been banking with Together Credit Union and have been going to this location since I was 16 years old I am now 27 and this past experience was horrible so horrible I am thinking about switching to a different credit union. After talking to the customer representative I had to check Google to see if the reviews left by other people added up to my experience, and what do you know it does . This location needs to get it together.
Ms. Cumberland needs an attitude adjustment at the Ofallon location and possibly a hearing device. Not only is she the most unfriendly checker I've ever met, but she put my deposit in the wrong account even though I explained the account twice. I selected this bank a couple of years ago for my car loan. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I've only been back for deposits a couple of times. I don't know if the name change has anything to do with the less than desirable associates but something has changed and not for the good.
Because of extremely incompetent employees not filing paperwork appropriately or being knowledgeable in their respective job roles, I am being held financially responsible for their errors. In addition, each time I spoke with an employee, I was told several different ways to rectify the situation, all which was inaccurate in the end. If you want to protect your money, investment's, etc., I strongly suggest moving all accounts to a different credit union who's employees are competent, friendly, and go over and beyond for their account holders. I personally recommend First Community Credit Union. I have been with them over ten years, and have NEVER been treated the way I have been here. It is a true disgrace.
