First visit to Dr. Goerss and I was very impressed! His friendliness, his humor, his care, his professionalism and knowledge of 25 years. He made me feel right at home, asked if I had any questions. I can't say enough. If you are looking for an eye doctor this is the practice to go to. From the receptionist, to the assistants that do all the trains, to the people that fit you for glasses they are all so great! Highly recommend Tomasino Goerss Vision Source!!!!!!! 10 stars
I have been going to Tomasino Goerss for many years now. I have issues with my right eye and will get painful eye infections. Dr. Goerss and Dr. Ladd are amazing. The office staff always finds a way to get me in a timely matter. The doctors are amazing and really take their time to explain things. Dr. Goerss even managed to see me on a Sunday evening when my eye was bad and I was in a lot of pain, now that’s an amazing doctor!!!
From the 1st phone call, I felt so welcomed by every single staff member! Total confidence every step of the way! I love Dr Huie and her assistants! So thorough, caring! Everyone LISTENED to my concerns! Very personable, yet professional! Getting fits for my new lens was the easiest I have ever experienced! THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ALL OF MY EYE CARE NEEDS!!!! My entire family are patients and this was my first appointment. I noticed from the time you walk in the experience is like no other. You’re greeted immediately, then you see the history of the profession displayed. By the time you soak it all in they call your name. The visit with the Doctor took it to another level. At the end you actually have choices and with those choices get a description of what to expect. Then to top it off they tightened my old glasses. Great service real personal service!
